We are a family-owned RV park and Tiny Home Glampground located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. Let us know if you want to borrow a telescope to explore the darkest night sky you have ever seen! We are excited to share our home with you! Grand Canyon Oasis is a hidden value. Located as close as possible to Wupatki National Monument and Sunset Crater National Monument, it is right off of 89. We were boondocking, so no hookups (hookups are available, as well as some tiny homes for rent) - but were able to use the clubhouse, which features a bathroom (no showers), a great assortment of drinks and snacks (honor system), and a nice selection of gifts for purchase. The clubhouse also has areas to hang out, laundry facilities, and other nice touches (books to read, binoculars to borrow, etc). The entire property is well kept, and maintained, and the boondock area was a great value given the proximity to the monuments and to Flagstaff.

We stopped here mostly for a dark night sky they mention on their website. That was ruined by a toy hauler with its bright LED's that were left on all night. Electrical connections are too far forward in the site. Our site, 8, was not level front to back because of that and because we had to pull so far forward. We may try this place again as we travel through almost every year.

Boondock Site B (No Hookups)
We were in Boondock site B, it was clean and provided great amount of space for our setup. We were only passing through for the night, but it was a very clean and safe place to lay our heads for the night before moving on to our final destination! The hosts were very responsive, as we sent in our request later in the evening and they promptly responded with thorough directions and accepted our request without delay!

The campground was very nice. I camped in a tent site. It was dry camping, but they have an awesome clubhoue with even more than you could need. Adma was super nice and helpful with my questions. It is convenient to the Natl Monument circle.

We camped here in a 39 foot 5th wheel, pull through site. Tons of room and a level site. There’s a nice dog run, a huge club house with laundry facilities, exercise equipment, lots of games, a pool table and air hockey, too. Theres even a chicken coop where the most beautiful rooster resides! The owners are friendly and helpful and seem genuinely happy to see you. Theres a lot more, but this RV park is one to keep on your list of favorites!

Shelley was easy to contact and the site was wonderful. We watched the full moon rise as the sun set. Loved site 8. They have some cute looking tiny homes. I would come back with family and everyone could be comfortable, but still feel remote and outdoors. Windy region later at night, so pack away awnings and what not before snoozing.

Decent site for sleeping in my camper truck. Clubhouse provides a few nice amenities. Due to road noise be sure to bring a good pair of earplugs. The best part was the fantastic view of the open wilderness area behind the site, and some of the most spectacular clouds I’ve seen in a while!

Super convenient park just north of flagstaff. Very welcoming hosts, great views, biking and hiking right next to park. No showers so want to take that into account but wasn’t an issue for us. The lodge was very cool with air hockey , pool table etc

As soon as we arrived we were greeted and given the opportunity to upgrade our booking to a spot with hookups. We were so grateful because we had just left a campsite that was supposed to be full hookups yet was not. We really needed to catch up on laundry and showers. When it was time to leave we had some major battery issues and the owners were quick to come and help us with a jump. It was such a breath of fresh air to have such great hosts and a peaceful campground. THANK YOU!!!!

This campsite wasn’t exactly what my party and I were expecting. We’ve been on a cross country road trip and have had a few camping experiences already to compare this experience to. This was by far the least maintained site- we were sleeping on top of small brambles and bushes in the back corner of an RV park. The location isn’t horrible but you are right on the busy highway so there isn’t much quiet nature to be found. I think this site definitely has potential and would be more comfortable with more maintained camping sites instead of just one- we felt a little out of place being the only campers in a site full of large RVs and Tiny Homes. I will say the clubhouse was great with the amenities. There is also a sort of camp store where you can pay for snacks which was nice.

This was an amazing spot to stop! Friendly people and staff. Big area for kids in the rec building! Best part was sitting out and watching the shooting stars! Amazing
