We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. Let us know if you want to borrow a telescope to explore the darkest night sky you have ever seen! We are excited to share our home with you! Campground overall was pretty nice. Small lavarock instead of gravel, small picnic tables at sites, all very nice. Some of the "tiny" houses you can book looked very new and quite nice, from what i can see, might be interesting to try one of those sometime. While overall the campground was nice, laundry room and other ammenities all looked well cared for and clean, i just couldnt shake the "weird" feeling of the place. Since there is no check in and nobody to meet face to face, it felt like i was staying on a friend of a friends property, someone that you never met but said its ok to stay there. I am not much of a people person but i think this is one of the times its needed. There is also a board next to the laundry room that has information on it about things to do in the area and mentioned a store or something like it out in the front parking lot. I walked out to the parking lot and i think it was supposed to be in the small trailer? I was just confused, you can message the owners through the hipcamp app to get in touch and ask questions but i was wandering around and it wasent important anyway. Any paid campground i have stayed at, even if there is no check in, there has been a "host" that comes around just to say hi or see if you need anything. I would still consider staying again if back in the area.

Awesome hands on owners. We had a great one night stay And a “view to kill “ The new rec room has a real cozy feel to it. Yes, this property is a rv- cabin resort that is being constructed. It’s an ongoing project. Looking forward to come back next year and see the progress.

Loved that they had multiple amenities for use, especially washer and dryer. They also have a nice little dog park area where my dogs could get some exercise and play off leash.

The clubhouse was a big surprise. We were tent camping so when the wind picked up we had a spot to hang out. There are sofas, pool table, air hockey, treadmills, and plenty of other things to keep you occupied. We will definitely return.

Camping at the Oasis was a breath of fresh air. Between the proximity to the Grand Canyon and the amenities offered on site, this was such a great addition to our road trip. The club house full of games, disc golf, and the chickens were our faves.

This was probably one of my favorite places to stay on my 2 month roadtrip. Excellent location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and a killer place to unwind. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time in their clubhouse area as I really needed a break between traveling to catch up on assignments and chores. Shelley and Adam know what they’re doing and keep the property looking good and have all the amenities for your stay! I can’t wait to come back with my friends! (-:

Convenient spot to stop on way to Capitol Reef with hookups. Worked well for us for an overnight stop. Shelley was very responsive and very good communication. Nice amenities, even though we didn’t have a need to partake and the area was nice and clean.

The host was very helpful and communicative in getting me all set up. As far as the stay and check in, everything was smooth and the site itself was great. The clubhouse was definitely an unexpected bonus. Definitely hope to stay again on another road trip

Great spot with a cool community center with lots of games and entertainment. Was nice to be able to buy breakfast burritos and ice cream from the shop too. Would stay again. Dog park was a great touch as well.
