Hello, my name is Mick, and I purchased this land for camping and enjoyment. It's conveniently located one hour from Vegas and two hours from the Grand Canyon, with Kingman just 15 minutes away for groceries. There's a nearby shooting range and a dog park in town. Hualapai Peak offers great hiking, and Lake Havasu provides excellent swimming in the summer.
This land is best accessed with a truck or off-road vehicle, but it's up to you and your vehicle's capabilities. A fire pit is available for your use. Please note that there is some trash left by previous visitors, which I haven't had the chance to clean up yet. However, it does not impact the overall quality of the land.If it rains I wouldn’t suggest driving on the land but if you like that sort of thing by all means. It’s quiet you can see all the stars at night.
