Nestled on one acre is your perfect Joshua tree camping experience with Mt. Tipton in your back yard, Perfect for that epic morning hike! Lake mead, Grand Canyon and the Grand Canyon sky walk all within striking distance. But yet close enough to Dolan springs to go into town for a well deserved meal at some of the local restaurants. This property is about 1.5 hours to Las Vegas and about 3.5 to phoenix. Lake mohave and the Colorado river are within an hour as well for some water fun! I also recommend willow beach that is within 45 minutes.
There is also ATV rental in Kingman or just outside of Las Vegas (Boulder City area)
