SITE 1 Maximum people; 8 Maximum pets; 2 dogs Parking Spaces; 2 Vehicles allowed: 2 passenger vehicles or class B RVs, no trailers or RV's of other classes Parking Space size: 16x16 ft Driveway width: 8 ft wide Tent pad area: 15x15 ft and 14x14 ft Firepit: yes Public Bathroom: yes (bag toilet, must bring and take out poop bags) Electric: Emergency power, at electric panel, not on site, pending electricity is on. Power is not guaranteed with listing. Water: Emergency water at utility sink or water hose, not on site, pending electricity is on. Water is not guaranteed with listing. Sewer/septic: no Handicapped accessible: no Note: As a backup, there are four parking spaces outside of the gate to the left of the address sign and up against the fence. Each site is reserved one "flat" spot in case of some anomaly with car size or terrain. Please only use this spot as a backup measure. Hardscrabble road backs up to a gated state/federal land and there are only two neighbors behind Camp Vaca so you won't have to worry about any thru traffic. Map: Please check photos for a map of Camp Vaca, each individual site, and backup parking. Terrain: All four sites have sunset views. Camp Vaca is on the highest hill in town at 3800+ ft. Sites 2 and 4 are approximately 12 feet below the RV and sites 1 and 3 are approximately 30 feet above the RV. There's no bad view and can see for miles in every direction.

SITE 4 Maximum people: 8 Maximum pets: 2 dogs Parking Spaces: 2 Vehicles allowed: 2 passenger vehicle or class B RVs, no trailers or RV's of other classes. AWD or 4x4 recommended due to slight sloping in driveway of site 4. Maximum vehicle length: 75 ft total between two vehicles (with room for tent and space away from firepit) Parking Space size: 75 ft long by 9 ft wide Driveway width: 11 ft wide Tent pad area: There are two rectangular areas. There is a 9x24 ft space on the left of the firepit and and 75 x 9 ft space on the right of the firepit along the length of the site, depending on configuration, vehicles, & parking. Firepit: yes Public Bathroom: yes (bag toilet, must bring and take out poop bags) Electric: Emergency power, at electric panel, not on site, pending electricity is on.
