What a cozy little place! Perfect for my quick overnight in the area. A note that it is not as remote as I thought - in a small rural ish neighborhood and Tracy is next door. So not for you if you want complete seclusion. But so comfortable and well stocked. Tracy even helped me my shipping some clothes I left behind!
This cabin and land was exactly as described in the app. It was cozy the heater work the air conditioner worked hot water for the shower and a small refrigerator with a very very tiny freezer hot plate in microwave. Everything you need!
I do intend to go back if she'll have me!
Great compact cabin with wonderful views and attention to detail. Nicely equipped, nice finishing touches. Friendly and responsive host.
Didn’t bother us, but part of the view to the mountains is a freight train line. Train traffic is audible, but even the one of our party who is usually noise sensitive was not bugged by it.

Tracy’s cabin was so cute and well equipped. Loved the grill just outside and the heated outdoor shower. Wish we had time to stay longer!

Tracy is a very gracious host. The outdoor shower and little patio with chairs facing the mountain was relaxing. Being alone with a nice view was also relaxing. The only downside were lots of freight trains all hours of the day and night. Our RV air conditioner provided the white noise that helped cancel out the train noise.
We loved our stay at 3:10 to Dragoon. Tracy went the extra mile to provide a nice setting to park our van with amenities not often found at other HipCamps. We would stay there again!
Tracy's little cabin was cute, cozy and well stocked with lots of amenities. The availability of the BBQ, gas fire pit and outdoor shower especially encapsulated the camping atmosphere. Lovely, wide open area on the edge of a small neighborhood. If you like trains, this is the place to visit, with tracks just a quarter mile away, train spotting is ideal! Watching the birds and local wildlife, as well as the sun rise over the elegant and graceful Dragoon Mountains was an added bonus!
Tracy and Peter were also very kind and accommodating and a pleasure to get to know

This was a sweet little off grid tiny home 🐱 n the desert. The view was amazing and the stars was clear s day. The owner was sweet and very helpful too. I will definitely be coming back.

If you have a desire for a bit of privacy this is for you. It's a cozy tiny home with all the basic amenities and lots of little thoughtful touches. Outdoors offers a beautiful view of the Dragoon mountains and a big starry night sky. Glamping at its best!

A perfect spot for Hipcamping with our RV. Immaculate property with attention to every detail. Wonderful hosts. Easy access of I-10 😁. Highly recommend their RV site or darling cottage. We enjoyed the mountain views and listening to the occasional train.

We loved our stay at Tracy's cabin! It's cozy and comfortable and nestled in a peaceful part of the Arizona desert. We enjoyed kicking back next to the fire pit and listening to the gentle hum of trains in the distance, then waking up and taking a hot outdoor shower. The best!
We had the most incredible stay in Tracy and Pete’s little cabin! The place is thoughtfully laid out, the perfect size for two, and has so many little touches and amenities to make it so comfortable! We loved being able to make coffee and watch the nighttime storms or see the morning sun shining in the mountains from the kitchen table or the porch! The little RV toilet was so convenient for nighttime and the porta potty was spotless. Tracy and Pete were very prompt, helpful, and kind hosts that we really enjoyed chatting with! They have great recommendations for the area as well as some guides in the cabin to keep you busy. We seriously cannot recommend this cozy little cabin enough for a getaway.
We had a great tim in the area exploring and hiking. Tracy and Pete were awesome hosts and helped us out on recommending great places to explore. The cabin was super cute and extremely clean!!!! We had an awesome stay😊thanks for everything!

I love staying in Tracy's cabin. Everything was very well-thought out for a comfortable stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The views of the mountains were great to wake up to. The skies were clear during our stay so stargazing at night by the propane fire pit was excellent as well.
I loved staying at Tracy’s place- it was private and beautiful but Tracy was very responsive and thoughtful! The town was lovely and I would definitely stay here again!
This is a super cute well-planned tiny home. It is quiet a little off the beaten path but not too far the host is very attentive. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable
This was a great place to stay off the beaten path, but still easy to get too off the main highway. The host, Tracy, is so sweet and has thought of everything to make staying here extremely comfortable! She was so thoughtful with all the details. Super comfortable bed and everything was very clean! Make sure you do some stargazing when you’re here…it is breathtaking!

It was a beautiful and a relaxing weekend, and Tracy and Pete were very welcoming and friendly! 4th of July was a blast! I’d recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll definitely be back.
Tracy was a great host! The view was awesome and the extra amenities she had available made our stay better than expected. She was good about checking in to see if we needed anything and assisted with getting us setup and getting out. I'm not sure I would have got my 40 foot toy hauler in/out of there on my own but her husband (retired truck driver) told me exactly what to do and we got in and out without a problem. We are looking forward to going back later this year.

This place is cozy, clean, and peaceful. Throughout my whole road trip in AZ, this was my favorite place to stay. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Tracy and her husband have created such a lovely place to stay. Tracy was communicative and welcoming. There’s an indoor kitchen with a microwave, hot plate, mini fridge, outdoor shower, clean portable toilet (reminds me of the ones in airplanes), heater, and AC. It was a wonderful glamping experience! I can imagine myself coming back for a solo artist retreat.

What a great place! The area is beautiful, the cabin was perfect and Tracy is a wonderful host. I found this cabin because I was driving from LA to Texas for work and I will definitely try to stay here again the next time...
Tracy is such a friendly host and the space is emasculate. She made herself completely available to us and was super communicative. This is a very special, homey little place and we were 100% comfortable in the dead of winter. Beautiful desert views and mountain ridge sunsets.
