The Rasar State Park is located on the west slopes of the North Cascades. This park of 169 acres features 4,000 feet of shoreline. Hiking trails run along the banks of the Skagit River, through the campground, as well as back into the wooded forest of cedar, maple, and fir. From the park, you may happen across views of the beautiful snow-capped Sauk Mountain. The park is a great spot for wildlife viewing all year; keep a lookout for eagles, especially in the fall and early winter!
