Private property as well as private river access. Across the river you will see beautiful woods and an amazing view of the Skagit River. Activities include fishing, swimming, river rafting, kayaking, and wild bird watching. There is Lots of extra counter space in the gazebo. I just added a huge picnic table next to the gazebo. Fridge with freezer and 5 gallon water cooler with hot water side. Clean porta potty, sink with running water hand soap. Alcohol and marijuana are okay as long as they are used responsibly.Escape the city and come relax and rejuvenate on this beautiful cleared acre right on the Skagit River. Enjoy a fun day out, then return to your peaceful campsite to unwind by the river. You’ll have private river access for fishing (huge salmon!), swimming, rafting, kayaking, or bird watching. There’s lots of open space—bring a volleyball net, outdoor games, or bikes 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️. Kids love riding around, and you can see the whole property easily. Bring a hammock too—there are perfect shady spots to relax. This enchanted property has stunning sunset views over the river and peaceful mornings filled with birdsong. Enjoy your coffee in the gazebo while listening to the water flow and soaking in the quiet country setting. The gazebo includes a patio table with four chairs, lights, extra outlets for charging or inflating an air mattress (not for RVs), and a 5-gallon water cooler with hot water. The bathroom is a new and c porta-potty sanitized after each group's stay. Next to it is a stainless-steel outdoor sink with hand soap. Firewood is available—$40 for a full wheelbarrow (4 huge bundles) or $10 per single bundle. Pay on arrival with cash, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. I want your group to have an amazing camping experience. If you forget something, I probably have it and am more than happy to help. There is one small family campsite on the other side of a privacy fence, used only some summer weekends, with no access to your area. Pull-through site
There is a tight area at the end of my drive way between a fence and a tree stump. I HAVE HAD MANY TRAILERS 35 TO 40 FEET be able to maneuver through the entrance. I'm fine with larger trailers coming as long as the driver is comfortable maneuvering through the space between fence and tree stump at end of driveway. It is possible with skilled driver that is comfortable maneuvering and operating their truck and trailer and knows what they're doing. If u would like to see the place before booking I'm happy to arrange that please reach out.

We had a blast staying on Cindy’s riverside land! The campsite was very spacious and well equipped with water, a fridge, a porta potty, sink with running water, a firepit and plenty of tables and chairs. Although Cindy’s home can be seen from the site, it’s far enough to feel private. Cindy was also very sweet upon arrival and mentioned that she can help us with anything we might’ve forgotten. We (unsuccessfully) fished in the gorgeous Skagit river and there was a little beach area a few minutes walk away where we swam. Would definitely stay again!

A perfect couple of days along the river. Cindy greeted us at the gate with a warm smile and a big welcome. Her property has a beautiful view of the Skagit River and plenty of space to make yourself at home. We have a class B camper van and it was easy to navigate and find a level spot to set up camp. Our dogs loved the space. Cindy’s home is close but she is very respectful of your privacy. Her dogs are quiet, well fenced in and not an issue. To access the river from her property is steep but doable. There is a small park down the road that is easy to access and has a very sandy beach along the river. The porta potty, running water for hand washing and gazebo were convenient and well maintained. A top notch spot for sure!

I loved tent camping on Cindy's land. It had such a beautiful view right on the river. We did inner tubing, fishing, & exploring. The camp was also amazing; from a covered cabana for cooking; it had running water to wash dishes; electrical outlet & internet access; and the cleanest out house I ever seen. Best camping experience ever. Thank you Cindy for your wonderful hospitality!

This was the perfect spot for our group and any weekend getaway where the weather can be unpredictable. We couldn’t get enough of the breathtaking views right next to campsite and the pristine cleanliness of bathroom. The amenities were a huge plus, and the private beach area was simply perfect.

This is an absolutely wonderful and special place. It is very private and Cindy took great care to make everything beautiful. There is private access to the river, which is great to swim in. There is a little gazebo with hot and cold water cooler and a fridge. There is a huge fire pit. …. all for the guests. We were there with 3 camper vans and 8 people. It was perfect!!!!!

We had a large family group coming from California that wanted to go camping and for the first time and let me tell you at Cindy’s land it was perfect! Plenty of space for all of us, 3 cars and 5 tents. We forgot our roasting sticks to make s’mores and she was kind enough to let us borrow hers! The river was so calm and soothing to wake up to and enjoy through the day and night! Cindy was such a kind and friendly host will definitely come again!

This was my first time private camping and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The views were amazing and Cindy was so friendly and helpful. The gazebo was a beautiful touch, the bathroom and sink were clean and everything was super private and intimate in the best way. I will definitely be back in the future with friends!

We loved staying here! The site was exactly as described, so much space for our group and plenty of room for everyone. We loved hanging by the river and having shade up by the tents and picnic table. The dogs had so much room to run around and of course enjoyed the water. We hope to come back one day!

Cindy was a very accommodating host! Her piece of property is absolutely gorgeous and we had a great stay. Some things to note - this camp site is in the back yard of the owner with direct eyesight of where they live. Cindy was very respectful of our privacy though. There is also another campsite directly next door with only a fence separating. There were people next door for a couple of hours but thankfully they ended up leaving, as it would have definitely been a bummer to have other people so close. With that being said, we would still absolutely come back, as Cindy is an awesome host. The dog was able to run around off leash all weekend and had a great time swimming at the sand beach up the road. Lots of space, a maintained porta potty, and a gazebo with electricity were the cherry on top to a beautiful weekend camping with friends.

Cindy’s place was all we could have ever hoped for on our little getaway! It included everything you could want in a site for relaxation & balance between the great outdoors & creature comfort! She really thought of everything! From the gazebo, the large fire pit, good quality firewood, river view & the sound of flowing water making it perfect! It was the perfect balance, we will definitely be back!

This was our first attempt at a larger camping trip with 14 people and this site fit us all fairly comfortably! We had 4 medium/large tents set up and a pop up trailer. Not to mention 5 medium/large vehicles and we still had plenty of room to run around. The private access to the river was great for our fishing friends, the kids, and dog. There is an abundance of trees to provide excellent natural shade. The food prep/cooking area was incredibly handy. It included plenty of counter/table space, a water dispenser, and mini fridge. And our host, Cindy, was friendly, helpful, and patient with our shenanigans. We do plan to return for future camping trips!

Great spot right on the river! As other reviews have mentioned, Cindy goes above and beyond to make her space comfortable and convenient. She has put in a lot of work, and it shows. Firewood on site is a huge bonus. Cindy's house is somewhat close to the site, but our group didn't find that it took anything away from our experience.

I've been wanting to stay here for so long,and finally got to. Cindy's camp site is so beautiful,spacious,and accommodating,as well as my fave,the river being right there. The vibrant green river rocks are phenomenal! With that said,this is not much of a swimming river,but still beautiful and fun to play around in,especially at the white sand beach,only a 5 minute walk away. We didn't love being in eye sight of the owners,but privacy was totally respected,and Cindy is super nice. The gazebo with power and fridge/freezer were awesome. The cleanest portal potty with stocked toiletries and wash sink with running water are certainly glamping bonuses. Overall,a wonderful stay. Thank you Cindy!

Great spot with tons of amenities- basic power, outhouse, mini fridge, gazebo with tons of seating. It was a great way to get outside for a bit without massive set up. Dogs loved the private river access too. Cindy was super communicative, and even had WiFi so we could work a bit!

Cindyland was perfect! The views amazing. The host totally gracious. We had five large tents and there was plenty of space to navigate. Our two dogs had plenty of space to roam, but also contained from getting to the road made it super easy. Oh and the instant hot water made getting morning coffee a snap! My friends were all asking when we are rebooking!!

We had such a lovely stay at Cindy's campsite. The site was beautiful and super clean! The porta potty was one of the cleanest I've seen and having running water outside to wash our hands was so nice. You can tell she's put a lot of effort into this space and making sure campers have everything they need. Cindy was super responsive if we needed anything, but gave us plenty of privacy and the river and scenery were beautiful. Love that it was so spacious that you could have a larger group out there and not feel crowded. We will definitely be back!

My Husband and I drive 6 hours to come to this spot and the trip was worth the drive, the amazing views and relaxing atmosphere made this vacation so wonderful, my husband and I also brought our two German shepherds with us to join us on our trip, Cindy was so accommodating with our dogs, especially with our boy who doesn’t socialize well with other dogs, she always made sure our pups felt safe and secure at her spot. They loved all the open space and the river right off of the camping site to go swimming . This spot is completely fenced off and we felt so comfortable letting our dogs roam around, Cindy was always available whenever we needed anything and being able to Venmo her for more fire wood made it very convenient for us when we needed more. Just the overall set up between having the mini fridge to have all of our food kept fresh and the 5 Gallon water to have for our dogs and our pour over coffee was just an icing on the cake. This spot has a beach that’s only a couple minutes walk away , we went several times and we had the whole beach to ourselves and went fishing and swimming it was a perfect spot for our dogs to hangout .

Cindy did an amazing thoughtful job with the set up, from the gazebo to running water sink and so much more! The portable restroom was really clean, we had so much space for 4 tents and 3 vehicles and room to play! Very private area, which is a must for people with dogs/pets and a great view of the river. Would definitely come back here again!
