Private property as well as private beach Access nestled in the trees with the beautiful woods and an amazing view of the skagit River. Activities include fishing, swimming, river rafting, kayaking, and wild bird watching. Also, we have 3 fire pits available: 1 in ground near the gazebo overlooking on the river 2 portable. Alcohol and marijuana are okay as long as they are used responsibly.Wanta a getaway from the city to relax and rejuvenate. This Beautiful cleared acre property right on the Skagit river is perfect for a group of friends or family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 trip, or just a romantic 💝💕 getaway with your person.❣️ You can use this place as a base 🏕 camp to explore many great Hiking trails and Popular Northwest lookouts near Baker Lake, Diablo Lake, Sauk Mountain, Raser park, Ross Lake, Cascade pass. Have a beautiful day trip to these places then come back relax and rejuvenate for the night at your campsite. I have private river access right from your campsite. Great fishing with huge salmon. Activities you can do on your own include fishing, swimming, river rafting or Kayaking, Wild bird watching. Bring a 🏐 volleyball net. Lots of room to play a great outdoor game. Bring your bikes 🚴‍♀️ too kids love riding bikes on our property there is lots of room and easy to ride around 🚴‍♂️ with a complete view of the whole property so no worries about your kids being out of your sight. I have 2 firepits available 1 portable and 1 huge wide in-ground firepit across from the gazebo that's overlooking the river. There are rounds of wood as in the pictures so you can set up your camp chair next to each one and use the rounds of wood as a table to set your food or drink down for a more convenient setup. Bring a hammock I have the perfect placement of trees to tie one up and take a nap anywhere you would like there is a lot of nice shade. This enchanted property will amaze you with the breathtaking views of the water at sunset and across the river is all woods. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee sitting at the table in the gazebo all while hearing the birds sing to you and the sounds of the river flowing so you can just relax and rejuvenate enjoying your time Completely immersed in the country riverside setting. In our gazebo, you will find a brand new black patio table and 4 matching chairs. Also extra tables for lots of counter space to prepare your meals. Lights inside at the top and there are extra outlets available to charge your cell phone or to plug in an air pump to blow up your air mattress. Mini fridge with freezer in the gazebo. I also have a 5-gallon water cooler with a hot water side. The bathroom is a brand-new porta-potty. I have it serviced every friday and will Sanitize after each group's stay. Next to the bathroom is a stainless steel outdoor sink with big mirror over sink and dail hand soap provided. I have wood for sale a whole wheel barrel full of split dry wood that holds 4 HUGH bundles for $40. Or 1 bundle with 6 hugh pieces of wood for $10. I have fire starters to get your fire going super easy for $5. You can pay cash on arrival or use Venmo, cash app, or PayPal me. Please pay for wood upon arrival just to insure my supply is good before I take payment for it. 😇 I want your group to have an amazing camping experience so I have thought of everything to make this property a great place to camp. If there is anything you forgot to bring don't worry Im sure I have it and more than to happy to let you borrow anything you may need to have a perfect time. Also, fyi there is another campsite on the other side of the fence privately owned and only used by a very sweet small family and is only there some weekends in the summer. There is a Privacy fence up in camp area and they have no access to your camp area. If your not cool with that please consider booking during the week as I do offer a weekday discount. River Rejuvenation Retreat

This week, we ventured into the great outdoors for a night of car camping, and I couldn't be happier with our experience! Cindy, our host, was incredibly welcoming and her responsiveness added a personal touch that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Packing was a breeze, thanks to the well-equipped nature of the campsite. Everything we could possibly need was right there, allowing us to travel light—an essential when camping with kids! My two boys, ages 5 and 8, were in their element, exploring every corner of the scenic Skagit River. The campsite itself was impeccably maintained. The covered gazebo, outfitted with lights, was a real lifesaver once the sun set, creating a cozy atmosphere for our evening activities. Having access to a refrigerator to store our food was a game changer. It’s not often you find such convenient amenities at a campsite! Also, the portapotty was exceptionally clean, reflecting the overall care Cindy takes in maintaining the site. In sum, our visit was nothing short of awesome. It was a perfect blend of adventure and convenience. The boys have already asked when we can go back, and honestly, I am just as eager to return. If you’re looking for a hassle-free camping experience that doesn’t skimp on the charm or the essentials, this spot on the Skagit River is a must-visit. Thank you, Cindy, for a wonderful getaway!

Great spot for families and dogs

Beautiful location and very clean! We brought our family and dog with us, and it was a really wonderful location for them. We left some sand toys for other families to enjoy :)

Beautiful riverfront property

What a hidden gem! Cindy’s land was BEAUTIFUL and tranquil. You can really tell that Cindy cares a lot about her property and the guest experience- from our very first conversation, I could just tell that Cindy was going to be a wonderful host. It rained a ton while we were there but the covered gazebo made it still fun to be outside in the rain. The lot felt private and serene, the view was incredible and we can’t wait to be back during summer.

Cindy has done a fantastic job setting up the perfect spot for an easy and relaxing getaway. It was so lovely to have the extra amenities she provides like the mini fridge, cold/hot water cooler and automatic string lights in the gazebo for an easy camping trip. The view of the river is beautiful and an easy trip down. Cindy is very accommodating and does a fantastic job taking care of her property. Easily one of our favorite camping trips.

Peaceful campsite in a riverfront!

This campsite is very well kept! The place is clean and swept. It has a portable toilet that is clean with free pads and tampons for the ladies. The gazebo has a dining table with a mini fridge and hot and cold water dispensers. Campers can borrow grilling grates for the campfire per request. The river access is a plus! Cindy is also an amazing host. She was very happy to share her place with us.

So Relaxing

This place was absolutely wonderful! So peaceful. it was the perfect little getaway we needed to relax. Cindy was an amazing host. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She has everything you need. Even the porta potty had fresh mint, light, fan and feminine products. We will defiantly be return next summer. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!
