Third time booking this camp - and I am pretty sure not the last one. Location, views, amenities, hospitality - everything is on the highest level. Taylor is a great host, very responsive, accommodating, and always goes an extra mile to make guests feel welcomed!

This is one of the better hip camps I’ve had. Really awesome space and will definitely come back. Great, responsive host. Just two things to note for people looking to book: 1) The sauna doesn’t get “sauna” hot and functions pretty much as a warm room. It’s still awesome that it’s there, but if you’re booking just for the sauna you should know that it doesn’t really get up to temp. 2) as I said, this space is awesome and as-advertised, but your enjoyment may vary depending on who else is camping here while you are. There is plenty of room to spread out, but if the other parties sharing this space with you have different ideas about privacy, noise, off-leash dog etiquette, etc., it could be annoying.

We loved our stay here! We stayed at the spot furthest to the left and it was very private. The river was beautiful. We were also very thankful to have access to the bathrooms, which are maintained very well! Would definitely stay again.

We loved camping at Taylors. The spaces are open but still felt private. The bathrooms were an added bonus. There were plenty of roads with little traffic to ride on, close to Sedro Wooley and Concrete if you forgot anything. Lot's of hiking and other parks near by for day trips.

This property is beautiful, and feels very private. There are several bathrooms on the property with showers, washer and dryer, sauna, soap, paper towels, etc. the bathrooms were pristinely clean. We really liked staying and this spot on the river is gorgeous.

We arrived after dark and were so surprised in the morning at the beautiful views of the river along our camp site We were able to take a hot shower and wash our laundry before heading out. We saw an otter swimming a few feet away from us!

Taylor was very kind and flexible with us, even though we cancelled last minute due to the unseasonable, heavy rain in August (!!!!). We had been hoping the weather would shift all week, but when it didn't and we finally called it quits (about as last minute as we could get), Taylor still was willing to refund us. I didn't get to check out the actual campsite, but Taylor was so accommodating that I would definitely recommend staying! He also mentioned a tiny home with games as a way to escape the rain, which we obviously didn't make use of but sounds fun :)

Peaceful with the campsite being right on the Skagit river. Lots of shade for the hot summer days. Was also great to take plastic chairs and place them in the river and just relax with a book. Our dogs also loved the freedom and the hook up's all worked perfect.

Loved the river (beautiful!) and sauna idea is very cool (we loved going back and forth bw a cold plunge in the river and the sauna) and all the berries nearby, especially for kids to pick. Also nice to have multiple bathrooms and showers at the site. And it’s a great location - gateway to the north cascades and some amazing hiking. So-so aspect is that the site itself was basically a grassy field with tents all around in a circle. So we were pretty close and connected to all the other guest and there were quite a few groups it seemed. Not much privacy or trees compared to other Hiocamps. Nice for community building, but not very private.

All the way good!

This place is absolutely a gold find! Literally spots right on the river. 20 yards tops. Taylor is a phenomenal host. My GPS got me turned around and he came out and got me. I stayed two days with the electric set up, but had to move to no electric because my site was booked. It was no problem whatsoever. I saw a beautiful otter swimming up the river. He just hung around directly in front of my van. I would absolutely stay here again. You cannot go wrong.

Riverfront bliss.

We loved everything about Taylor’s land! The riverfront. The wildlife. The sauna. The peace and quiet. This place was the reset we needed. Taylor has thought of everything. Toilets, running water, even laundry for those wet towels! We also got to walk across the road and pick fresh blueberries. We took a day trip to Walker Valley to hunt for geodes and agates. We will definitely be back!

Great site! More amenities than expected - full bathrooms with heated water, potable water right next to site. Sauna was awesome perk, not too far from town - easy set up! Host was friendly and helpful!

Loved camping here and can’t wait to come back! We had an amazing time — the campsite was beautiful and peaceful, and Taylor was awesome and super helpful throughout our stay. Bathrooms, hot showers, a sauna… what more could you need? Already looking forward to our next visit!

The campsites are well spaced and sit nicely along the river. Taylor is super friendly and helpful. Its an eclectic space with little outbuildings for bathrooms and sauna. Its not glamourous but still provides everything you need. The only thing missing were signs to direct you to your camp spot, but he's working on getting that done. All in all we had a great weekend!

Relaxing riverside experience

Seriously had the most relaxing experience camping here. The views of the mountains and river were incredible. Our dog loved being able to roam the property and riverbank. The shower/laundry house were a great added bonus, along with all the outdoor games available in the little shed behind the shower house. Easy access to state and national parks, restaurants, groceries, etc. Host was responsive and kind. We basically had the place to ourselves and highly recommend. One of our top favorite sites we’ve ever camped at.

Great river views w/ full-hookups

We brought a 30 ft travel trailer and got the site with full-hookups. Plenty of room (extra large space). The river views were awesome! The dry sauna felt so good after the sun had gone down. It was nice having a (clean) bathroom on site since we had 4 people. We will recommend to friends and will likely reserve for next Summer!

Taylor has a beautiful piece of land on the Skagit river. The camp areas are very well maintained. fire pits are available as well as some sites with hook ups. Taylor was very responsive when I had a question. I plan to stay here again in the future.
