Nestled within 18 acres of lush forest and bordered by the picturesque Jackman Creek and the Skagit River, our two-story treehouse offers the perfect escape. Our modern treehouse, designed like a tiny home on stilts, is your cozy, private getaway. Fully furnished and wired for electricity, it features a small kitchen, an electric fireplace, a heated electric composting outhouse, and an outdoor heated shower. Conveniently located just outside the historic town of Concrete, The Pathfinders Sanctuary serves as an ideal base camp for exploring the hiking trails, state and national parks, and stunning lakes of the Northern Cascades. The Treehouse sleeps up to 4, with a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom and a futon in the downstairs living area. The treehouse is built like a tiny home, with electricity, internet access, television, an electric fireplace, and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette has a dual burner hot plate, microwave, Keurig, small sink, mini-fridge, and utensils. Outdoors you'll find a regular firepit near the creek, along with a propane firepit for evenings when a burn ban is in effect. There is also a propane grill, hammocks, and zero gravity chairs for relaxing. There is a heated outhouse with a composting toilet, and a heated outdoor shower right outside the treehouse. Fall asleep to the sounds of running water and wake up to the sounds of birdsong! You'll have access to the private beach, as well. It's about a 10-minute walk to the back of the property where you will find an amazingly serene Skagit River beachfront. Note: The treehouse is toward the front of the property, within view of the main house. There will be some road noise from the highway. On the beach, however, you can't see a single structure made by humans. Note: Pricing is reduced from November to April because the beach amenities (gazebo, firepit, hammock stands & picnic tables) are unavailable.

The Creekview Treehouse is a tiny home on stilts overlooking Jackman Creek. The Treehouse sleeps up to 4, with a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom and a futon in the downstairs living area. The treehouse is built like a tiny home, with electricity, internet access, television, an electric fireplace, and a small kitchenette. The treehouse was amazing and literally had every creature comfort you could ever want. It was a very beautiful location and the creek behind the property was amazing!!!!

Amazing stay in the treehouse!
The Creekview Treehouse
The Treehouse was AWESOME. It’s clean and comfy, with everything we needed for a home base for a couple of days spent exploring North Cascades. The property is amazing… definitely don’t skip walking down to the river. We spent time there fishing and relaxing, as well as a night sitting in the gazebo with the propane fire-pit and some drinks. Jeremy was an amazing host— super responsive and helpful, and there to help you enjoy the property. I can’t say enough good things about the property and the treehouse.

Our family had a great time on Jeremy's property and really enjoyed the nice trails to the creek and river. Jeremy's cabin was also very comfortable and they made sure to think of everything. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness put into our stay.

I had such a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s treehouse! It was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything I needed, such as TV, kitchenware, and a super comfortable bed. The outdoor shower with hot water was perfect after swimming. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Skagit River, where there’s a gazebo and picnic table, a great spot to bring lunch and relax by the water. Jeremy was very friendly and shared helpful info beforehand, which made the stay even better. I’d love to come back again!

From Cascades to Cozy
The Creekview Treehouse
Wow! What an amazing find. This unique and peaceful treehouse next to a stream was the perfect finisher after a weeklong backpacking trip in the Cascades. The outdoor shower was the chef’s kiss and the kitchenette well appointed. All the details were carefully considered and provided. The walk to the riverside beach so lovely. Jeremy was such a friendly and gracious host. He clearly cares.

We had such a lovely stay at the tree house! It was wonderful sipping coffee and looking over the creek. We also really enjoyed the private beach, the Gazebo and chairs were a nice surprise! It was a lovely place to relax and do some bird watching. We were fortunate to get to see at least one bald eagle every day. We had hoped to get a bit more time out hiking, but the area got a late summer rain storm and we forgot our rain coats. The host, Jeremy, was very responsive and super friendly. If you're looking for a cozy base camp for your North Cascades adventure (and a bed!) you should absolutely considering staying here.

I highly recommend this spot! It is secluded for peace and quiet but has great access to the North Cascades for hiking and exploring. We loved the set up of the treehouse, so clean and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect for a few days away!

Peaceful and serene.
The Creekview Treehouse
My husband and I loved our stay at the tree house. It had all the comforts of home. The real winner is the river front. We enjoyed the short walk through the woods along the trail to the river. We were greeted with a cute gazebo that had a fire table and two hammock stands. The the sandy beach and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Not a single person in earshot or sight for the whole weekend. I wish we would’ve stayed longer. Anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, but not too far away from home, this is the spot for you.

Can barely notice you are in a tree house. Great location and amenities. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area for a comfortable and fun stay.

We loved staying in Jeremy‘s treehouse. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and walk right outside to the creek.… We walked to the river a few times. And that was beautiful. The path was clear and took about seven or eight minutes. It was fun to explore Jeremy‘s property. I think my favorite part was relaxing in the creek and then rinsing off in the hot outdoor shower. We explored the town of concrete and walked around and found a cute little spot called the hub and had a drink. We hope we can make it back to Jeremy‘s place sooner than later.

This is a great spot! Jeremy was a fantastic host, very responsive, and it’s clear that he’s put a lot of thought and care into creating a space to unwind and enjoy nature. I loved being close to the creek to dip my toes in and sip tea each morning. The access to the river was a real treat. My friends and I loaded up the wagon with goodies and spent all day relaxing by the river. I would love to visit again!

Great stay!
The Creekview Treehouse
Had a great time staying at Jeremy’s tree house as we visited North Cascades National Park! Place was very clean and had everything we needed for a glamping experience. Appreciated the sparkling waters and coffee available. Outdoor shower and compost toilet were pretty clean and didn’t have any issues. Appreciated how Jeremy cleaned our dishes daily as needed which was a real treat while on vacation. Had a great stay and highly recommend!

Unique, lovely little haven
The Creekview Treehouse
We had a magical experience staying on Jeremy’s property at the Creekview Treehouse! It was depicted very accurately & although the road was fairly close as described, this place had a serenity, coziness & comfort that can only be experienced in person. This was a surprise getaway for my boyfriend’s birthday & it was such a charming & inviting place to celebrate. Would book again, it was lovely waking up to the creek right out our door & the outside shower was a wonderfully unique feature. We were staying there mainly exploring local places I grew up camping at, Finney Creek, Baker Lake, etc., but I would definitely plan to spend more time enjoying this little haven when booking in the future. The Skagit River access was so beautiful & peaceful. It seemed the host Jeremy went above & beyond with providing excellent, prompt communication & little extra, thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend, this is a spot you won’t regret staying, rather you will likely wish had you booked an extra day or two, as we did!

We had a fantastic time at Jeremy's tree house! From the private beach to the thoughtful touches in the house - like marshmallows and chocolate and a super comfortable bed, it was wonderful all the way through. Jeremy was incredibly gracious and a great host. Would love to come back!

This is a really lovely place to stay in the North Cascades! Not far from everything you would want to see. Highly recommend the near by Sauk Mt hike, it had stunning views. Also the stargazing was incredible down by the river off of the property. The place itself is the perfect blend of camping and cabins, has all the amenities you would want.

The Creekview Treehouse
We had a wonderful stay at the Creekview Treehouse! The treehouse was stocked with everything we needed and Jeremy was quick to respond to any questions we had. The private beach on the Skagit was beyond beautiful, our four year old had such a good time playing in the sand that I wished we had saved a whole day just to hang out down there! Highly recommend the whole experience :)

We loved it here! The tree house was the perfect size for two people. The mini fridge is very large and fits a lot of food! The private beach area was perfection. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect for a peaceful getaway

The treehouse was spotless and beautifully organized. There was even a cozy fire pit area by the creek, which made it perfect for a peaceful and private getaway. Jeremy was incredibly kind and welcoming—I’d absolutely love to come back again!

I loved camping on Jeremy's land. The creek was a lovely background soundtrack. The lovely walk down the river is rewarded with incredible views and plenty of space for quiet contemplation/exploring. The cabin is just as described and super clean and cozy, and the porch w/view of the creek is a bonus. Would recommend!

We had such an incredible time at this spot! The river is absolutely stunning - perfect for relaxing, swimming, or just soaking in the peaceful vibes. The entire area is beautiful, well-kept, and felt like a little hidden gem. A huge shoutout to Jeremy - he was beyond kind and helpful. He gave us great suggestions that made our stay even better, and even helped us get our fire going when we were struggling (total lifesaver!). You can tell he really cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with a great host and amazing nature. Already planning our next visit!
