Great stay along the Skagit River!

The site sits next to the property owner’s second site. There is some division with a partial hedge and tree line, but if the site next-door is occupied, you’ll have neighbors in fairly close proximity. This didn’t really affect our experience, but if you have a larger group, or desire more privacy I would both book of Dan’s sites. Yes, there is a quite community drive that goes along the front of the site, but there is such little traffic, and a few trees breaking-up the view, that it doesn’t impact the stay at all.
The location is great, right along the Skagit River, near the entrance to North Cascades National Park, and a few area state parks. The town of Concrete has a Red Apple grocery store for supplies. Still, I would suggest getting the bulk of your supplies in Burlington before heading out into the more rural areas.
Upon arrival, the property owner, Dan, was there to briefly greet us as he was at the adjacent site doing some work. Dan is friendly, flexible, and a quick with communications. He assured us he would be on-hand through text or calls if we had any questions, but everything went smoothly.
Yes, there are cameras on the property, but they seemed to be more for general security rather than snooping. Still, you will notice their presence.
The grounds feature electrical and water hookups, a few picnic tables, and fire ring. There is not a sewage hookup, but you can pay a small fee at nearby campgrounds to dump.

What a fabulous spot along the Skagit. There were multiple sites to choose from, and the one we chose was level, had 30amp electrical and water close by, with a gorgeous view of the river. The host was communicative and site was as described. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice wide open spot on the river. At my time of visiting (July) the river was moving too fast to swim at the campsite. But land super well maintained and very friendly/communicative host! Super easy to get to and WiFi was a nice addition.
Beautiful, relaxing, quiet, perfect. We enjoyed our time.

A great campsite right by the river with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. Lots of ground on the property to move around on and camp. Would definitely plan staying here again!
Excellent site! It is really spacious and sits high above the river with easy path down. Great for kids as they have space to run, but you don’t have to worry about them running straight to the river when you blink. There’s a good mix of shade and sun so you can pick your fancy. Also some trees for a hammock! The road on the other side of the river is slightly noticeable, but I’ll take that for the views! Even though there are houses across the street and nearby you never really heard anyone. Has running water and power, which is great if you have a trailer, but even tent camping being able to easily clean dishes and feet was really nice. The river was the perfect depth and speed (camping in july) for the older kids and with enough bank for the babies to stand on the shore and splash. Would absolutely stay again! And there is WiFi if you want to work/camp (we could have stayed longer if I thought about that when booking!)

This spot is beautiful and extremely peaceful and relaxing! It's a large open area with a ton of room that's is maintained very well. Dan was a wonderful host and we will definitely recommend this spot.

Very nice spot with a great river view. Large open area with the right amount of trees to provide shade during the hot weekend. Nice big picnic table and fire ring. Easy access for travel trailer and power and water all right there. Wifi was a bonus. Communication was great and camped for 4 days with no issues. Kids loved the room to play, we liked the fire pit and view, we loved the place.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for a special stay. The host was absolutely incredible—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. All the hookups were beautifully maintained, water spickets were clean, huge huge camping area to enjoy all to our self.
The campground itself was stunning—immaculately clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully laid out, from the well-kept sites to the clean restrooms and easy-to-access amenities. Whether you’re looking to relax under the stars or explore nearby trails, this place has it all.
We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier camping experience with a host who sets the bar high. 10/10!

Big open area- very close to another space and in a strange neighborhood which was unexpected. The river view was beautiful but its over priced for what you are getting. But if you are looking for a large open area and are not worried about privacy this is a good spot. There are quite a few cameras on the property which you should be aware of before you go.
I enjoyed tent camping at Eden West because of the riverside access and pretty views. I do not recommend going during a storm though! 😅

We had a great time with the family at this campsite. There was loads of room for the kids to run around and access to the water to splash and throw rocks. The downside like many people mentioned is that you are in a neighborhood, so if you look away from the water there’s houses and a main road right there. The road behind the campsite and the road across the river contributed quite a bit of noise and took away from the experience a bit.
That said, the host, Dan, was excellent and very responsive and helpful. He did everything right, I just wish the location was a bit quieter so you could really soak in the scenery.
Great spot for camping with a travel trailer. Tons of space, easy access, and nice view. Would recommend.

Eden West
This was the prefect campsite for us close to NCNP and Mt. Baker. There was plenty of room for 2 rv's and a trailer used for hauling motorcycles. The site was clean, private, quiet and the river views were amazing. We appreciated the big fire ring and picnic table. We did not have neighbors in the adjoining site but, honestly, it would have been fine if we did because there's just a ton of room. Dan was super responsive when I had questions. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice spot by the river. Honestly could have found a free public turnoff near a river that would have worked as we were camping in our vehicle. Wouldn’t personally do again for the price.

We had a great stay! The view was amazing. Dan was easy to communicate with.
Loved this spot next to the river! Quiet neighborhood. Dan is a great communicator, site was clean and easy to get to. Be aware that getting down to the river is a steep hill.
Dan’s property along the Skagit river was wonderful. Very clean. Directions were very easy to understand. The RV hookups were placed nicely lots of room for two Trailers in your party. I would definitely come back.
