Welcome to Sunset Pines, a beautiful property surrounded by tall trees and wildlife, yet less than 10 minutes to downtown Nevada City and the Yuba River.
Our sweet little camper trailer is fully refurbished and outfitted for a comfortable stay. The property is 2.5 acres, but please note this parcel is in a neighborhood so late night outdoor noise is not permitted.
Everything is fully off-grid, with solar supplying all electricity. For this reason, we do not all guests to run the air conditioner, microwave, or hair dryer.
We built a beautiful outdoor bath house with a nature’s head composting toilet and a hot water shower.
Edward’s Crossing at the Yuba River is 10 minutes down the road (the best river access spot shhhhhh) and downtown Nevada City is 8 minutes away.

Also, your co-hosts Ashli and Kedar is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist, respectively. We offer bodywork outside under the pines, a serene and relaxing experience.
