We have a small herd of dairy cows, 50 dairy/meat goats, a horse named Willow and mule named Molly, a couple pigs or chickens in the summer, lots of cats. We specialize in goats for meat. I'm located between Wisconsin Dells and Lyndon Station on a cozy little 3-acre corner lot at the intersection of Highway 12 and Oak Glen Circle.
The property is mostly wooded with beautiful white oak trees that I've done my best to preserve.
Each year, I welcome nesting bluebirds, robins, and ruby-throated hummingbirds. You'll also find several bird feeders that attract a wide variety of songbirds, along with squirrels, rabbits, and woodchucks that call the property home.
Please note: I do have neighboring homes nearby, but it's a very quiet neighborhood of homeowners with no noisy renters. Please also note that as the host, I do live on property. I offer you your privacy but on occasion you may see me outside doing random chores on property. Please also note I have 2 dogs. PLEASE NOTE with heavy rain all wheel drive (AWD) is needed to park next to your site. If you don't have AWD, there's parking by the rec room. We can transport you to your site if there are issues.

"The Twenty" is a neat campsite right on the Little Wolf River. This land has been in my family for generations. My dad tells stories of fishing the holes while they made hay when he was a kid. Definitely fishing opportunities, as well as floating down the river (tube, canoe, kayak, sup). There's a nice swimming hole right out from the campsite.
The other property is on my pasture-based farm. It's a few miles from the Little Wolf. There is the "FarmStay" Camper, as well as a couple campsites nestled in the woods with a great views of the pastures, woods, and wetlands.
We've also recently added a pond that's able to be used by our guests to swim in!
There are 100+ acres that can explored on this 100% pasture-based beef operation. We're working on improving the trails. It's beautiful out there!
Farm tours and canoe/tube rental available.
The surrounding area has a TON of activities to offer for water fun and exploring! Feel free to ask!

Brenda, Josh, and Olivia were terrific hosts. They took us to a couple different kayak spots and picked us up. They brought us fresh eggs every day and water upon request, and always responded promptly to any questions. They keep their campsites very nice and tidy. Weekend Trip to Purplehaze Acres
We had a great time in the little house at stone ridge. The property was so beautiful, and the tiny house was very cozy and quaint. Linda and Derryl took very good care of us. There were fresh-cut wildflowers waiting for us on arrival, and Linda explained how everything worked. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, and we loved waking up to the sounds of the rooster. There was a big storm that passed through the first morning, and we felt very safe and made our breakfast inside just fine. We visited the nearby town of Hartford which had a beautiful historic downtown. By the evening we had a fire going outside and the range in the cabin was perfect to cook some delicious meals on. I highly recommend staying here!

Weekend Trip to Bouressa Family Farm
I spent a lot of my childhood growing up on friends farms, and my stay at Rachel’s family farm brought back so many happy memories!
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of staying in the camper on the farm!
Our daily visits from Flower and Peanutbutter was a treat for us! They are Rachael’s goats that roam the farm. We loved feeding them our vegetable scraps.
The camper was comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay, and if it did not, Rachel was very accommodating.
I definitely look forward to returning to the simplicity of the farm, and highly recommend it for those with a heart for the simple country life!
