I'm located between Wisconsin Dells and Lyndon Station on a cozy little 3-acre corner lot at the intersection of Highway 12 and Oak Glen Circle. The property is mostly wooded with beautiful white oak trees that I've done my best to preserve. Each year, I welcome nesting bluebirds, robins, and ruby-throated hummingbirds. You'll also find several bird feeders that attract a wide variety of songbirds, along with squirrels, rabbits, and woodchucks that call the property home. Please note: I do have neighboring homes nearby, but it's a very quiet neighborhood of homeowners with no noisy renters. Please also note that as the host, I do live on property. I offer you your privacy but on occasion you may see me outside doing random chores on property. Please also note I have 2 dogs. They are very friendly animals and it's very possible at some point during your stay they may introduce themselves to you. Thankyou for understanding. Nearby Attractions Wisconsin Dells – Just 3 miles away, offering endless attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. River Bay – Only 2 miles away, with Wisconsin River access and a public boat launch. Bring your boat and experience one of the best stretches of the Wisconsin River. The fishing is excellent, too. Dells Motor Speedway – Just 1 mile away. Races are held every Saturday night, and the speedway has a long history of racing tradition. It's always an exciting experience, and I've been attending since I was a kid. Chubby's Exotic Resort – Located just 1 mile away. Everyone is welcome. Chubby's is a premier club offering one of the best experiences of its kind in the state. The Edge – Located directly across the street from Chubby's, The Edge is family-friendly and features live music on weekends, along with a full food menu. Please contact them directly for more information. There's no shortage of things to do in the area. Wisconsin Dells offers a tremendous variety of attractions, restaurants, and outdoor recreation. I'm new to Hipcamp and am always looking for ways to improve the camping experience for my guests. Nestled beneath a canopy of towering oak trees, this campsite offers the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. The dense foliage provides abundant, refreshing shade throughout the day, keeping your site cool and comfortable even in the summer heat. It's a quiet retreat where you will hear the gentle rustling of leaves and the soft chirping of local birds. Designed for those seeking a peaceful site outside the parks, this secluded spot invites you to unwind by the campfire, and immerse yourself in the calming beauty of nature. This is currently an off grid site. Cellphone charging station will be provided. The camper has lights inside. And the site has lighting on remote for the evening hours. I have 2 little grills and some charcoal you may use for cooking food. A generator can be provided for a small deposit. If needed please contact me prior to your stay and we'll discuss the reasonable deposit fee. She's a basic little camper with flaws on the outside but clean and cozy on the inside. It's all set up to sit and relax in and enjoy a peaceful nights rest. The blankets and beds are clean. But you are encouraged to bring your own blankets and pillows so you'll feel most comfortable with your stuff. But please be respectful to I've provided and keep pillows and bedding inside the camper. If doggy comes along please provide your own dog blankets or bed to go over top of what I've provided. Please don't let doggy on bedding otherwise. Thankyou for respecting that rule. With the purchase of the camper, you may put up additional tents for $15 per tent. Maximum up 2 Adults or children per tent. I accept PayPal. Note: I'm still learning as a host and enjoy coming up with ideas for campers to provide a more positive experience. So please, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me. I'd like this to be a positive experience for my campers and for myself. Additionally, I'm trying to start out with positive 5 star reviews. If your experience didn't meet your expectations, please contact me, and allow me the opportunity to make things right before you consider leaving a poor review. Super quiet for a corner property. Firepit and chairs, a chill place to camp with the Wisconsin river just minutes down the road. Steve was very accommodating, made sure I was comfortable, even gave me some bottles of water upon arrival! His dog was so sweet, made friends with my pup instantly.

Steve was an exceptional host. He brought us a cooler of cold bottled water when arrived, and made sure we were comfortable. He even picked our camping rug, swept it and hung it up before it rained while we were out. We would definitely stay with Steve again!

The Cozy Camper
Our stay at The Cozy Camper was an amazing experience during our road trip! Before we arrived, we reached out to Steve with a few questions, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. The camper was very comfortable, and we slept great. Steve greeted us when we arrived, offered us cold bottles of water, and even had snacks available in case we needed them. His dogs were so sweet and made us feel even more welcome. There was a neighbor's dog (black fluffy) that came to greet us too, but don't get scared, it's very playful. We enjoyed relaxing by a bonfire, and Steve thoughtfully provided marshmallow roasting sticks. The bathroom was beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with air freshener and all the amenities we needed. Steve was a wonderful host, and we really enjoyed chatting with him about our trip. The location was perfect, right off the highway, making it easy to find, yet surprisingly quiet, so our sleep wasn't disturbed at all. If we're ever passing through the area again, we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend The Cozy Camper to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

The Cozy Camper
Superb location and set up with the essentials! Steve was an excellent host and takes very good care of the land. The grounds are raked of leaves, plenty of tables and chairs, set-up of string lights, a hammock, and more. Steve was kind enough to drop off some cold waters too. His dog Stella is an absolute angel! The camper was a great size to sleep four comfortably. All of the walls you could zip down into screens to allow air in. Inside there was electricity where you could charge your phones. Funny to admit but the site has the NICEST porta potty ever! It's decorated inside, tons of air fresheners, and equipped with soft toilet paper. The location is phenomenal! It's within a 10 minute drive of Noah's Ark, a Super Walmart, BP Gas Station, the Outlets, Ho-Chunk Casino, Ishnala, and more. Steve and his campsite will have you set-up perfectly for a camp out in the WI Dells. I'd come back again!
