The area is noted for the large population of bald eagles so bring binoculars because there is almost always something to see on the river. Waders are recommended if fishing at our site. Water depth can very greatly depending on time of year.

The campsite has a gazebo with furniture and fire table. There is also a fire ring, but burn bans sometimes begin as early as the middle of June. Current burn ban rules will be posted.
Acres of grass to wander through, and a Portapotty for your convenience. There is running water, but it is piped from the creek via solar-powered pump, and is not potable.
During the winter we pull the pump. Water is available from the busy creek just feet away.

We absolutely loved staying here. We booked Drive in site #13 and it was private and super cozy! Bathroom and hot shower was + + + The host was really accommodating and has an incredibly beautiful garden we were able to utilize at mealtimes. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We only came to the island for 1 night. We set up 2 small tents for 3 people, and had 1 vehicle, the site was perfect for our needs. There was a power cord, hose with nozzle, and table with 2 chairs. It was quiet. The site was tidy. Travis was a responsive host who gave us ideas dor both breakfast and dinner. Thanks, Travis!

Such an amazing campsite! 1.5 hours away from downtown seattle. not hard to find, close enough to civilization that theres signal but absolutely no people around, just me and the farm animals that were so cute and not stinky! there were baby cows, sheep and an alpaca. i had a wonderful time. it was extremely beautiful and peaceful i havent felt this relaxed and at peace in so long. close to grocery stores too. theres a porta potty too which was nice. 10/10 would come back. thank you laura for the wonderful stay! thankfully not too many bugs, was expecting a lot more since the animals were there but it was minimal:)

Laura’s place was beautiful! From the adorable farm animals near by, to the beautiful view from our tent each morning and evening. The spot was large and we were able to find two flat spots of our tents. The port-a-potty was clean and stocked. The spot was easy to find, far enough from the hustle and bustle for a quiet sleep in what felt like the country side, but close enough to get to popular nearby destinations.
Laura was an incredible host. We took her up on the farm tour, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We even got to see a fresh baby calf!!
We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Dan’s spot on the Skagit River! The site fully met my expectations while traveling with our camper, and the river itself far exceeded expectations. We spent hours just sitting riverside watching our daughter and dog play, we found a great local spot to float the river, drove about 40 minutes for an exciting whitewater rafting trip, and spent a beautiful day at Lake Shannon just 20 minutes away. There was a Grocery store with everything we needed less than 10 minutes away.
The property felt truly special — peaceful, scenic, and exactly the kind of place we were thrilled to spend time at. I also appreciated the security cameras on-site. There are at least 4 cameras on the property, which could bother some groups, but for us it just gave us peace of mind knowing the property was under surveillance when we were away and leaving all our equipment.
Dan was quick to respond and very kind. We’ll definitely be back when we’re ready for our next “river fix”!

Nice secluded location. Picnic tables, seating, bbq ( probably have to bring you own propane), kids play structure and a clean smelling outhouse. It was perfect. We could hear coyotes howling in the field during the night. The only minor issue we had was We had a large 8 person tent and it was tough to find a level place to put the tent up that was big enough. Smaller tents would be better.

Great spot! Tons of room, beautiful location on the river. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. The raised fire pit under the canopy was great as well. We had a group of 8 and there was tons of room for games on the lawn. This would be ideal for a group of folks with RVs. One heads up - there is no bathroom facility here. Other than that, tons of amenities & I would definitely consider coming back.

I loved camping at Eden West on the river! The views and wildlife were beautiful-easily one of the highlights of the stay. The whole atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing and disconnecting.
The covered kitchen setup was super convenient, and the firepit made evenings cozy and comfortable. I also really appreciated the tent nook as it kept everything tucked away nicely and added a thoughtful touch to the site layout.
Honestly, I had no complaints at all. This is the kind of place you want to come back to. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind with a view!

We spent 3 day here, it’s definitely a hidden gem, pictures scale the property down in terms of how beautiful and well thought out the property is.
We had zero issues, the pasture area is very flat, no invasive bugs or insects, (august), the river is beautiful very scenic to just sit back and stare at the river. it is cold and there are spaces in the river to lounge or go waist deep, but like anything rivers have drop offs so be careful. As a lake casual fisherman the river is a different set up for lures and waders are probably best. the water moves faster then it looks. Keep this in mind for fishing and has large riverstone so bring beach shoes!
we were surprised to see property is supplied with propane and firewood! (not always promised) easy with venmo access to pay. There is electricity through out property, both gazebos are lit with running power, lots of space for cooking. Neighboring properties are distant from one another and also campsites. Big convenience is have the grocery store is 5 minutes away for ice and any last minute camping or fishing stuff. I would definitely come back it is bookmarked for sure. The hosts were very accommodating, fully answered all questions, very responsive and attentive to our needs.
