Our new favorite place to stay! We LOVED the location, the beach, everything! Owner is friendly and kind. We very much enjoyed our 5 day, 4 night stay here.
So easy to hook up, nice flat gravel pad, appreciated the tree for shade, the restroom and the beach access.
Absolutely coming back!! Thank you so very much for sharing your space!

A lovely spot, we were delighted with the site. Jordan was very responsive and always answered any questions promptly. He has a much appreciated toilet and lavatory in a small storeroom. Utilities were as promised. The water view and beach are only a stone’s throw away. We had a great time beach combing for all types of interesting offers. The sunset did not disappoint, beautiful colors. And the lights all along the beach and further north from the refinery were pretty after dark. We had absolutely no complaints and enjoyed some good r&r. Thanks, Jordan!

What an amazing property. Right on Neptune Beach with views of the San Juan’s. Grandpa Jim and family were extremely nice and the hospitality was appreciated. Crabbing in the waters off the beach was amazing as well. Highly recommended this property.

I want to do my best to leave an honest review, which would include the good parts, and some things I wished were different
The good:
A+ host. Jordy went above and beyond to work with us and make our stay incredible. The site was clean, accommodating, and hook ups were close to the pad. We would absolutely stay again. There is a neighboring house that is associated with the host and they were very welcoming. We forgot a pot to make spaghetti and the person in the house lets us borrow one, very kind. The place is quiet at night and you’re literally steps from the beach.
What I wished was different :
Before I start this part, none of these are reasons not to stay here and some are not even in the hosts control, but other visitors might want to know.
The parking for the motorhome could be a bit more level. We drive a 25’ Jayco on a sprinter chassis and when backed in had to raise the front end by six inches to get level.
The cell service is poor (we have Verizon).
The area while quiet, is not private. You’re essentially sharing this large space with two other travel trailers that are owned by relatives. They were very nice and also welcoming, not loud or up late, but if they’re on site (seems like only the weekends) it’s not a private place with lots running around. Also, be prepared that all of their dogs will be off leash- which made it challenging for us to train our puppy (on leash).
Either way, we would definitely be back. Thanks again Jordy for everything!

Jordan was prepared for us with an open gate. It was easy to back our sprinter in. While there is not a view directly from the site, we were welcomed to use the picnic tables at the property next door where the beach access was as well. We enjoyed the day relaxing with unexpected sunshine and listened to the waves lapping up on the beach.

Nice place. Steps away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a plentiful set of new (as of 8/25) outdoor furniture spread out for general use on a patio area adjacent to the beach entrance. Quiet neighborhood. The friendly gentleman who lives in the house came and said hello in the morning. Only real downsides were: 1) slight downward grade on the parking slot (not an issue if you’re in a rig with levelers - was a little bit much in our vintage conversion church van); 2) the view from this spot is a shed. There’s a workable bathroom IN that shed, which is fantastic to have, but don’t expect a real beach view when parked in this spot.

Lovely, serene setting for an RV stay! Hosts were incredibly helpful. Walking doggo on the beach was a blast. There isn't really a water view from where the RV is parked, but there are chairs and tables nearby where we were invited to hang out and enjoy the incredible Lummi Bay views. So peaceful and quiet here! Thank you for hosting us

Nice quiet spot, long beach to walk and watch tge sunset. Jordy was very accommodating and friendly and next door super friendly neighbors. Easy to pull our 30’ trailer thru gate. Plenty of room.
