Pretty nice, but limited hookups
Overall the camping area is as advertised. The grounds are clean, large, and quiet.
With that said, the value for RV campers is low because technically these sites aren't "partial hookup". The host makes no claim of the sites being partial hookup, so I'm not saying the listing is a misrepresentation. However, at $60/night, which is a common price to pay for full-hookups, I consider these sites a poor value. And if you're under the impression that these are partial hookup sites -- they are not.
Utilities (water/electric) are centralized. Unless you're here alone, these sites can't be considered "partial hookup" since the utilities stand is shared across all guests. There is one 50-amp plug. I think it would be acceptable to remain connected to the 50 if you're close enough to reach it, but the water spigot is shared between all guests, and it wouldn't be acceptable to remain connected, as that would block others from accessing the sole water source.
There are several 20-amp and one 50-amp electrical outlets. Maybe the hosts don't know that the majority of RVs are 30 Amp. I have a 50->30 adapter and a 20->30 adapter, but I was far out of range for my 30 Amp cord (30 ft.). Luckily I have an extra long 20-amp cord and can rate-limit my charge converter to 20-amps so as not to blow the breaker. This isn't an option for most campers.
The most desirable area for an RV is naturally near the water/electrical hookup at the end of the field, but that area is also very unlevel.
