2 e-bikes and 1 mountain bike, all of which are contingent upon availability. A signed waiver is required. Minimum age is 16 years old or at the discretion of the host. They cost $25/hr. per person.
Experienced horse riders can book horse rides for $50/hr. per person. Inexperienced riders must be led using a lead rope. Signed waivers and provided helmets are required.
Our in-ground, unheated swimming pool is open mid-April to end October. $60/hr.

THE CAMPGROUND IS REGISTERED WITH MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHORT TERM RENTALS LICENSE # STR25-00075. The campground is situated in the wooded area on the back of 27 acre horse farm which is known as "The Stables at Mezza Luna." There is Wi-Fi to all the sites.
Every year in the spring there are 4-6 Thoroughbred foals born that eventually will become racehorses. They live on the farm until they are 2 years old and then they go off to begin their racing career.
In the daytime, when you are not sitting around your campfire, you can walk the fence lines and visit with the Mares and Foals or just watch them frolic in the fields..

There is a dumpster in front of the barn for you to place your trash.

From the flat land at the bottom to the top of the mountain, this is a place where you can find a spot to sit and think, draw, paint, nap, or identify over 30 medicinal plants in their natural habitats (absolutely NO harvesting of medicinals or wildflowers!). Listen to the many birds, spot the wildflowers.
Some areas are accessible by wheelchair, while others are not, but all areas offer something to sustain your spirit.
If you feel the need to explore the area, you are within walking distance of NotaViva Farm Brewery and Winery, 15 dirt road minutes from the new Sweet Run State Park one direction and Breaux Vineyard in the other direction. The Appalachian Trail is just over the top of the mountain and Harpers Ferry National Park is down the road and over the Shenandoah River.

We are located right off of Highway 32 down a long, private paved driveway. What makes our property unique is all that it has to offer--it's an 18 acre oasis with mature woods protected by a conservation deed, lightly rolling hills, beautiful fields, wetlands, and a pond. If you’re down for a little history (and maybe a little mystery) Cedarville State Forest will definitely dazzle. The 3,510 acre forest was once the winter camping ground of the Piscataway Tribe because of the mild climate and abundance of game. Legend claims that there is a Native American burial ground within the forest... but it has yet to be found. Spooky! Equestrian, family and youth group campsites are available for your overnight stay. 19.5 miles of horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking trails weave through the forest. They pass a number of historical features, including the loblolly pine plantations that were planted by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930's, by a charcoal kiln, and through farm areas whose springs and streams were used to make moonshine!

Somehow rural and remarkably convenient- there was a ton just 5-10 mins away. West is super nice and a great host. A very impressive mix of animals on his farm and lots for our 2 yr old to check out.

Nathan & his family welcomed us to their farm. The spot included electrical hook up, a fire pit & firewood. The farm is beautiful! Make sure to visit the distillery. Nathan will teach you a little about their family business. I walked up to the onsite cemetery. The view from up there was stunning. Hope to get to stay with Nathan & his family again in the future. Excellent hosts!

We had the best weekend getaway. Loved the views from our campsite and taking walks around the farm. Excellent hospitality and really enjoyed the the distillery tour, tasting and special barrel tasting. Great host & location. Short drive to many distilleries, breweries and wineries. Can't wait to return to visit Pathfinders Distillery in Boonsboro again as well as other new locations.

Beautiful location! Loved watching the goats graze in the field, and we visited the many variety of fowl and the emus were fun to visit!
Perfect spot to visit nearby attractions, such as Antietum and Harper’s ferry.

It was a very private grassy campsite and easy to find. There were no issues with crowing roosters. West left a good bit of firewood for the chilly night and two jugs of water. There was lots of space to walk off-leash with the dog towards the back of the property.
