The yurt campsites are great, but as with shared campsites, there's always people that can't handle nice things. We were in the yurt closest to the shared common area, and a family of 20 people were there for 7 hours blasting music. On top of that, the kids were throwing balloons in the river and the family was constantly driving back and forth from the common area to their site. We also had about 15 people throughout the day step right onto our site to use our private river access because the access on the Twin Forks yurt site is easier to get into the river. The owner said he stopped by to talk to the people bothering us (and others), but nothing really came of it. It's not his fault that people are people, but I think there's ways to make things better for everyone (like limiting large parties to a couple hours, making it easier to get in the river via the public access, putting a sign on the private sites that access is not for the public, etc.)
That's all to say, if you're okay with being around lots of people and having amenities, this is for you. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing time in nature, this is not for you. We actually purchased our own yurt after this because we realized primitive camping away from people is more our style.
