What an awesome site! Steve was immediately responsive every time we reached out, and he was an excellent host. We toured the land and had a great time camping. We will DEFINITELY be back!

This was a perfect camp site!! Went with my family & took our two dogs. The dogs had a blast, plenty of space while still having some fencing around to keep them from being too crazy. It was private and the stars were great. Host was wonderful, everything was easy to find, and the bathroom was clean.
It was daddy long legs galore but personally if i had to pick one bug to see a bunch it would be them. Harmless and on items more than people. Overall a great trip!!

So incredible to have so much room to ourselves. The dogs had the time of their lives running around exploring. Really lovely spot, super clean bathroom, beautiful foggy morning farm views.

We loved camping by the river! We had a truck tent and were able to pull up right to the site. The farm and river views were gorgeous! Saw many deer and even a few eagles flying over the river. There was a very clean porta potty at our site, a picnic table, and fire ring. We brought our dog that LOVED to explore the land. Steve was very nice and responsive. We would definitely go back!

It was an incredible, relaxing weekend! We were close to the waterfall so it was a delight to swim in; also we realized we could walk our inner tubes up the river and float back down to the campsite. Such a great time! Hope to be back next year! Thanks Steve!

Amazing location and an exceptional host! Steve made us feel welcome and was available for anything we needed. The site is secluded and convenient to the river and the swim hole, with a large fire ring and clean portable bathroom. The site is flat and shaded most of the day with an amazing morning view.

This is by far the best riverside camp site you will find within the area. Amazing hospitality from the host and an all around superb location to camp.
Steve was very welcoming and communicated well throughout the entire reservation process. The site was well maintained with a clean porta-john and a trash can available for use. We were very secluded along the river and our dogs were able to happily roam free. In addition to the amenities, the riverview and private access to the swimming hole are things you won't find anywhere else. As we were so busy with water activities, we didn't get to take advantage of given the opportunity to explore Steve's wonderful farm land.
This will be a campsite I will be regularly returning to and referring to others looking for a hospitable and secluded camping experience.
Lastly, the angus burgers and sausages from the farm are a must to try!

We had a great time on Steve’s farm. It can be a little tricky to find the right entrance at first. There were a few addresses and no signs posted. We loved the spot as it was next to the water and we had access to a waterfall. Only issues were you have to drive down the road to get to a water well and other people kept pulling up on our camp site. They were parking then walking to the waterfall area as we were the closest to it. Overall we had a lot of fun and it was mostly peaceful. The goats are located on his property which requires a drive and can also be a bit tricky to find.

We loved our trip to Steve's land. He met us at the entrance to his property and drove us to the site. The site was flat and private. River front and beautiful views of the expansive farm land. Variety of amenities including toilets, potable water, and fire ring. Steve was very responsive, kind, and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!

Our group absolutely loved this stay, and we plan to be back again this year hopefully. Great sites, spread out from other sites/campers, with ample space for our dogs. Wonderfully kept farm, and the grass-fed beef on the way out was great as well (we wish we bought more for our freezer)!

5 Star HipCamp! Great for families and pets. The property is beautiful and peaceful and the host, Steve went above and beyond. Site are spread out and plenty of privacy. Water is available right at the site. Nice fire ring and picnic table as well. Porta potties are a sort distance away from any site and appeared to be new and very clean. The main building has Starlink wifi available and a few things to buy if you need something. Also a restroom is available in the building. Our favorite part is that the sites are right along the river for easy access. Water was high from all the rain when we were there but I am sure at normal levels this would be a great fishing spot. An added treat was the ability to buy top grade beef grown right on the property. We took some home and loved it. Better price than the store and you know where it came from! River Farms is highly recommended and we will be back again soon. We are veteran Hip Campers and this is one of the best we have ever visited.

We loved this place. We are planning our next trip here later this summer so we can swim and fish. It may be on the more expensive side, but the privacy is so worth it. There is a bathroom and shower located at the main barn. Just make sure you follow the posted directions. We had Xfinity service and it was spotty. But was nice though not be on them! We explored some local breweries and can’t wait to explore more. We recommend Chilly Hollow Brewing!

Camp site had great layout - lots of space with nice tables and access to clean, dry firewood (option to purchase at very reasonable price).
Awesome experience from start to finish, would highly recommend to anyone/all!

This is a beautiful, secluded site. The entrance road and main barn/shop are directly visible from the site, but are far enough away that you still have ample privacy, with no other camp sites nearby. There's plenty of river shoreline to explore, and fields for kids to run free in. A clean porta-john is on site, as others described, and only used by this site. The nearby creek and swimming hole, as well as the river, would be great to enjoy in warmer weather (it was too cold to swim during our stay). There's plenty of field space for multiple large tents, and several spots for small-medium tents among the trees if you need the shade.
Steve was a great host, answering all of our questions promptly, both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and are looking forward to trying the fresh beef we bought from Steve's shop.
My only recommendation is to bring a splitting axe! Plenty of firewood was stacked on-site, but it was all large rounds (~10" diameter or larger), so we had to split the wood ourselves for burning.

We had a great time on River Farm. The campsite was right on the river with a beautiful view of the farm. Steve was a great host and had everything we needed (grill, table, firewood). Will definitely try and come back.

Great spread of land! Quiet and serene and huge amount of space to spread out camping site. Steve was accommodating and his grass fed beef is amazing. Kids want to go back!

Great, private spots with river views and really nice amenities (fire pit and picnic tables). The owner was super nice and made sure we were all set with wood for our fire. He sells grass-fed beef from his land and we were excited to grab some on our way home. Highly recommend this campsite and will definitely be back again!!

Beautiful location! Steve was very welcoming and gave us great information about the area. The site was spacious and private. We enjoyed seeing deer every morning and evening, heard some coyotes in the distance, and saw several blue herons and bald eagles on the river. We also bought some grass-fed beef which was excellent. Would come back!!
