There are a few rugged camping spots, and hiking along the creek down to the river. There's a portapotty on site and rainwater available for now (showers and water access coming soon!). Please pack out what you pack in. There are stores within 15 minutes if you need supplies.
Please keep your animals on a leash within the ranching and adjacent areas, out in the woods is OK.

Beautiful quiet campspot along a meadow edge next to a lush hardwood forest. Host was very very accomodating. He recommended - and we took him up on it- the short hike to Eagle Rock, down to the Horsepen Run Creek, and on to an isolated beach of the Rappahannock River. Only 15 minutes from Fredericksburg, but feels like hours away.

Anna was quick to respond with any questions we had. Property is private and pool was just the perfect addition for some of the hottest days we have had this year! Just a great place to camp. Can't wait to return in the fall.. plenty of nature to see. Thank You to this couple who go out of their way to make your camping trouble free.

We used this site as a way to test drive some updates made to our RV, and the area was super private, the amenities all worked perfectly, and the host was super helpful and communicative with any questions throughout the stay! The pool was also an awesome touch given the July heat. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if needed!

Anna's land was an excellent place to stay. It had great facilities (30 AMP & water). There was a spectacular deck area with a grill, fire pit - even a TV screen and lots of great outdoor furniture. Anna was super responsive to my questions and very helpful.
