Another amazing trip to Patty’s . This is our favorite Hipcamp spot. Always beautiful relaxing and so much wildlife we absolutely love it. Everything you could possibly need at site . This year there are a few new restaurants within a walk or bike ride distance. Patty is always very responsive to any thing you need.,

Amazing site on the water with dock. Nice outside patio and chairs. Saw Blue herons, geese, swans eagles and osprey at the site. Lots of space. Would stay again for sure.

Patricia was very welcoming, informative, and always happy to answer questions quickly. Campsite is a gem on the water, private and very dog friendly. Used the kayaks with our dogs, they loved the water and all the acreage. We will be visiting again!

This is our second time coming here and we love it!! It’s quiet and peaceful. The host is very helpful as well!!! She sent her son to help us with our leaky ac unit and even stopped by to see if he was able to fix it.

This property is picturesque and very private. The hosts are incredibly generous and available - there are kayaks, fishing gear, cornhole and kites provided. Watching the herons and ospreys feed right in front of us reminded us of the old Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom hour. A crab house, a bar and a market are within strolling distance. Cell service (with Verizon) is poor, but that’s not necessarily a negative. We’ve already scheduled another long weekend.

Specular place and host! This is why i love this app so much! Very private , dogs roaming free, beautiful dock, grassy area, i brought my 36 foot diesel pusher. Patty was just so kind and concerned we had all what we needed!
So grateful for land owners like Patty who share there space as this truly is one of a kind!

We could not have found a more peaceful, beautiful RV site on the water that restores our soul. The view from our camper over the pier to the water was breathtaking!We loved the fact that we didn't have to share the site with anyone, Patricia and her husband were extremely helpful in giving us fishing tips and they had all manner of water "toys" available- kayaks, fishing poles, and even a couple of bikes! We are definitely coming back in warmer weather to take full advantage!

Absolute perfection! Beautiful views, wildlife and room to roam. Easy kayak launch area. You don't need to bring any outside adult toys because this site provides them all. The host provides excellent communication and instructions. If this site is open...BOOK IT...you will not regret it! Cell phone service does come and go but who needs that with those views!

Patty had the perfect spot for a peaceful waterfront retreat. It was so lovely to have 5 acres to ourselves along the water. The neighborhood is so quiet, all we heard was the sound of the water and birds. Patty has thought of every detail to make your stay perfect. I most enjoyed using the kayaks to paddle around the sound. The electricity is on a movable pole so you can position your RV for the perfect view. Restaurants within a very short and easy bike ride of site. Will definitely be back again!

If your looking for a peaceful getaway and love the water, this is your place. We absolutely loved our stay. With easy access for our 35' camper which we parked right long the water. With plenty of wildlife to watch through out the day just makes things better. My kids spent most of there time crabbing, fishing, swimming and kayaking. I also brought my boat along for the trip since they have a boat slip for easy docking. While fishing we caught a variety of fish at the dock and on the boat. So if you enjoy fishing, come check it out. I can't say enough about this beautiful place. We will definitely be returning!

This is an absolutely beautiful property !!!😍 calm, quite, tranquil, private, convenient.
Patricia was very helpful and right there when you had a question. She had so many of the amenities you might need on your stay.
When I was packing for this trip, I had wondered if it was available at the site or not....so I over-packed a little. So I m going to post some pictures, if it would help the next person.

Patricia had great communication even in the rain storm we arrived in. The waterfront view were very nice and the use of the kayaks, the grill, the fire pit, the fishing equipment, the bicycles and the crab trap made our time there very enjoyable. My 2 boys (12 + 14) and I would definitely return! Thank you Patricia.

Another amazing stay at Patty’s ! Beautiful views perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature. Yet just bike ride away from Cobb island a quaint little town with a few restaurants and grocery store . Patty is so sweet and accommodating we hope to make it a yearly trip!

Absolutely an RV Paradise! Patty’s property encompasses an RV station, a dock to fish (fishing hooks provided), a little beach area to ease into the water or kayak (kayaks included), a large fire pit to roast up all your marshmallows (firewood provided), and a glorious view of shimmering lights on the water at night. Our surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Our dogs ran around and played on the lush green grass all times of the day and night. The surroundings felt safe. Just lovely, really.
Patty and her husband were gracious and sweet. We adored them. Needless to say, we will be back, and soon!

This was our first time to Patricia's RV site and it was great. The site itself was a beautiful mowed field on an inlet, waterfront next to the dock. Very private with a locked gate to enter the property. Our hosts were very nice, greeted us at the gate, they gave us information about the site and recommendations for the area, which was very helpful. We had a nice walk to Cobb Island and a fun lunch at Scuttlebutt. We hope to return.

Perfect site to relax and enjoy a private camping experience. We parked our RV right along the water, had plenty of space for our dog to explore, fished on the private dock & worked/ate at the tables that were there! Couldn’t have asked for more. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with explaining site directions and amenities. We would love to come back!

Our time at Patricia's Hipcamp was AMAZING!!! We chose this location for our mini honeymoon because we were looking for privacy and space for us and our three dogs to relax. Her property is spacious, well kept and PRIVATE!!!! The property is HUGE and secluded. We set up our 5th wheel facing the water and the views are spectacular, especially the sunrise!!!! She has many amenities including a pier, fishing rods & tackle, kayaks, cornhole, and a charcoal grill. There is a beautiful patio with several table & chairs w/umbrellas and lights for enjoying it well into the night. The 50 amp power connection was on a movable post to accommodate many different positions for placing your trailer. The water connection had plenty of pressure and although it is listed as non potable, it was clear and didn't not have any odors. The hosts met us when we arrived and explained all the amenities of the campsite as well as reviews on the local restaurants. The location was easy to find and easy to get in and out of with our 40ft 5th wheel and long bed crew cab truck. We look forward to returning again and again. Thank you for an fantastic time.

We very much enjoyed our two night RV stay at Patricia’s beautiful waterfront property and highly recommend it. We wanted a peaceful weekend getaway and this was perfect!
The roads to get to there were RV friendly and Patricia made sure we could easily locate it. She was a very gracious host. She communicated everything we needed to know and was always prompt to reply to any questions. She met us upon arrival and made sure we were all set for getting our hook ups and offered amenities that included a deck with patio furniture, outdoor umbrellas, an outdoor fan, and use of two kayaks (we didn’t take them out during this stay, but likely would during a future one). Some fishing poles were even made available to us; although we brought and used our own - we had fun catching a lot of fish from off the dock (using worms). Many conveniences, to include seafood restaurants, marinas, and a local grocery store, are all available very close by.
The electric hook up is 50 amp and functioned well. We used an adapter for our RV, which is a Class C and 30 amp. The water pressure was strong and reliable. We really appreciated the scenery, wildlife, and park-like landscape.

This spot was marvelous! Beautiful view, water access for kayaks, lots of bird watching, shade trees, and tons of privacy and room to stretch out. Our dog loved running around the huge lawn and watching all of the osprey and herons. There were a ton of extras, like a charcoal grill, kayaks, lawn games, patio furniture with umbrellas, and a great dock for fishing. Patricia and her husband were so gracious, provided excellent directions and helpful hints for the area, and was super communicative. Cannot say enough about what a great stay we had!

Absolutely beautiful setting. You feel like you’re on your own island . Well maintained property easy to get to . Hosts were very friendly and accommodating ! We loved being able to bike to Cobb island , kayaking was great as well . A few small restaurants and grocery stores close by . Favorite part was getting to watch the Ospreys and their babies. We will definitely return!

Relax at the rivah!

Wonderful stay. The property is truly beautiful. It's a huge tree-lined field with water and electric down near the dock. The hookups were functional. We used 100' of hose because of where I wanted the camper to sit for the best view. (There is no bad view. I was just specific.) There is a dump station just down the road but it's tight and there is no rinse water. We ended up stopping at a koa on the way home. Big trees and a large deck with several dining sets, complete with umbrellas that looked fairly new. The site is large but private, tucked back at the end of a cove. We saw a blue heron, muskrat and turtles, but the best was the osprey couple with 2 fluffy babies. We watched the mother feed the babies fish after fish that the male would deliver. The land is plenty elevated to provide protection from high tide and minor coastal flooding. It slopes down to the water in a sandy area which was too grassy for us to want to swim but would be perfect for launching kayaks, which we definately want to do next time. This time, however, we were perfectly content to enjoy the scenery. There are 2 restaurants around the corner but we enjoyed the walk across the bridge to Cobb Island, which is adorable. We had the best crabs at The Rivah, the best crabcake sandwich at Skuttlebutt and enjoyed live music at both. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, accomodating and friendly. We had smooth communication with them throughout the trip and definitely look forward to visiting again!
