Sunrise by the Pond
The site was clean, beautiful, and allowed for much needed relaxation after attending a music festival in Richmond both days of our stay. We took the canoe out for a lovely morning paddle and had the opportunity to pay the animals a quick visit, as well! Kevin and Melinda were extremely hospitable and easy to get in touch with. They were happy to explain the ins and outs of the site and included detailed directions that made our late night arrival run smoothly. We would love to come back soon!

We loved staying at Kevin and Melinda’s! The pond was just lovely and there was so much to explore around the land. Kevin was such an amazing host and was super welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with him about his place. We will definitely be back longer next time! Definitely recommend 😁

Sunrise by the Pond
Campground was clean and the sight was unique. Kevin was so genuine, kind and insightful - we enjoyed learning about him and his property! Meeting all the farm animals was an extra bonus - how cool. Although our trip was short, we left feeling so relaxed and recharged after our night gateway. Thank you Kevin and family for letting us stay on your beautiful property, we will be back!

Love it!
This place is amazing! All that I was looking for a relax and quiet weekend. Beautiful sunset, and I wish I had waked up early to watch the sunrise, maybe next time hahahha. My two dogs enjoyed also exploring the surrounding area. Kevin is a great host and even helped me with the fire pit so I could make my s’mores at night.

Kevin is a wonderful host. The camp has private space and beautiful view. The animals in the farm are so friendly. It is perfect place for take a break from the city, we definitely come back again.

First Timers!
We had such a great time! Kevin and Melinda were so inviting and we just wanted to say thank you for sharing your home with us! The pond was awesome! We took the canoe out and went fishing, even caught some bass and pan fish. Loved seeing all the animals on the farm. Even our miniature dachshund enjoyed chasing the donkeys and seeing goats for the first time! They had everything there and we are looking forward to future visits! 😁
