The pond is also recognized as

Fresh and salt water surrounds a birding, fishing paradise with 5 acres to explore. Bald Eagles are a common siting. We offer a primitive camping experience in the heart of the Northern Neck. The road is washed out and fresh water pond mostly drained. You will access from Mundy Point Road. This historical site had a working Mill built in the early 1800's. Please check out my friend's place nearby at Callao Brewery and Rivah Vineyards at the Grove! Grab some fresh local veggies from one of the Amish stands and don't forget your tackle and bait at RW's.
Camp 1 has the most room for car camping and groups close to the road and overlooking the pond.
Camp 2 is a short hike to a private knoll overlooking the grassy marsh of Mill Creek, this is tidal water that flows to the Potomac.

During the summer/fall months the fields are grown up in Corn and Soybeans. During the winter/spring months, after the harvest, the fields are open.
The campsite is located close to Pitcher Dam Creek, where you are welcome to put your Kayak over and fish for Snakeheads!

There are three campsites on the farm, one by the pond and two by the river. Very secluded and all sites include , firepit, log bench,

The original river campsite has been moved to a more remote spot so that all campers can access the pond and pier to the river.
Farm encompasses nearly 300 acres on the Patuxent River. There is access to the river on high tide via our private creek (must bring your own canoe or kayak) and 150 acres of marshland. Over 100 acres of woods to walk through and a pond for wildlife watching.

45-acre Historic farm, several sites to choose from depending on adventure wanderlust (including a 4WD drive site). Located on private gravel lane, approximately 1/2 mile off county road. Either corn or soybeans with a woods backdrop. Secluded and private, yet 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis, 10 minutes to the Bay, great for cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking all 10/15 minutes from farm. DC 45 minutes, Baltimore 1 hour. Jug Bay wetlands, wineries, fun little waterfront towns and Bay front restaurants all within easy reach.
Check out individual sites for description, each has its own personality. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. First listing actually has several options. For large campers/coach/fifth wheelers the area by the tractor shed will be the best. Around the corner there's two other choices both with firepits which will accommodate units up to 40 feet depending on your backing/maneuvering skills.
Field of Dreams and Sycamore Ridge will accommodate campers under 25 feet with some backing/maneuvering skills.
For those with 4WD and an off-road camper/trailer/tent choose Off the Grid, two entrances for easy access, travel along a logging road to an open site with fire pit. Suzette and her husband were friendly and very helpful. Their site was shady and quiet and on a separate drive away from the hosts' house. The 30 Amp hookup was well placed and worked without a hitch. While they were up-front about water you have to be prepared and fill up your fresh water tank before arrival. They can (and did) assist with getting water from their outside spigot if and when you need it, but they did not have a hose long enough to get down to the camper site so you have to bring your camper to the spigot.

What an amazing spot of land. The bay could not be more beautiful, and we literally felt like we were in paradise. It’s not the largest spot and probably tops out at two tents and two cars, but completely by itself and you have 270° of water views from the fire pit. Definitely recommend opting for the trash bin.

Wow. What a great location. Very private site with unbelievable views. Easy kayak launch, level site with gravel pad and plenty of grass. Clean portajohn. As other reviews mention, theres a road close by but I heard no cars after 9. There are bugs but that’s to be expected on the edge of the world’s largest estuary. I will be back.

Randy and Carol are great hosts! Randy met me on arrival and had just mowed the site and filled the fire pit with wood for me. The site was very private and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay! Will return.

I loved camping here! The sunset was gorgeous, the site was spacious, and the compost toilet was 5 stars. I really appreciated having access to firewood as well. Downtown Cambridge was ~20 min straight shot with several waterfront parks that my dog and I enjoyed. The Osprey nest around the bend was the cherry on top a wonderful trip.
