We have two private, quiet and roomy wooded campsites, both with shared access to a private-entrance indoor bathroom with shower, a jacuzzi and washer/dryer. The bathroom, W/D and jacuzzi are at the main house about 150 yards away. One site, Deep Woods 1, has power and party lights. Our second site, Serenity Now, has a screened gazebo. Both have plenty of parking, fire pits, chairs, and unlimited wood. Bring your tent or small camper van and enjoy! We're eight minutes to the OCNJ beaches, without the crowds and expense. You should be able to get a cell signal but no Wifi; just use your hotspot.

Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's.
Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows.
There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites.
Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive.
Cool and brand new Brewery opening up soon right across the rd from Cowtown and right next to The best Cowboy outfitter.

Want to be close to Long Beach Island (LBI) without the crowds? You've found the place! Our lot is 1.22 acres only several miles away from LBI, New Jersey. The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight.
We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome.
Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. We have yard games available (Yard Yahtzee, Spikeball, Molkky, lawn darts, and more) and you're welcome to bring them to the beach. Crab traps, fishing poles, and a cooler are available too. Feel free to start a campfire in the designated area or relax in the two hammocks.
We promise you'll never be bored here! LBI beaches, the Manahawkin Lake, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more are all minutes away.

My property is an old blueberry farm. There is a cleared area that I use for dog training at the front of the property and some trails throughout the property; but mostly it’s a quiet place to sleep in a small/medium sized self-contained RV without slide-outs to the side (your RV or van must contain a toilet which must be emptied off-site. Further note: I DO NOT allow tents). Also, if your RV has low clearance, there is a slope from the road to the driveway, thus the bottom of your RV may scrape the ground (neither of my vans have a problem with this: I have a Ford E350 and a Ram Promaster).
If on the site in July, you can pick a pint or two of blueberries (IF they are available) for your own use. The berries are chemical free. My neighbor to the right also has a pick-your-own farm with tended blueberry fields (you are not allowed to pick my neighbor’s crop unless he is there so you can pay him)
My site is in the NJ Pine Barrens which is renowned for its unspoiled nature, abundant, and diverse wildlife. It is also within the Pinelands National Reserve and within the area designated by the United Nations as an International Biosphere Reserve.
Nearby is the Batona Trail, the Franklin Parker preserve, canoeing on Chatsworth Lake or the Wading River, bicycling through the Pine Barrens and and the cranberry bogs on the bicycle lanes on Routes 532 and 563, the quaint village of Chatsworth also known as the Capital of the Pines, Hot Diggidy Dog a food stand within the village of Chatsworth, and Brendan Byrne State Forest which includes the historic cranberry farming village of Whitesbog where the cultivated blueberry was developed by Elizabeth White and Dr. Frederick Coville. The Whitesbog Preservation Trust which manages the village has an extensive year round calendar of events and a month-long blueberry festival during weekends in July.

This site was truly peaceful and serene. I set up my tent under the canopy, realizing I forgot tent stakes. I probably didn't need them as the weather was beautiful and not very windy, but the host was kind enough to find ones for me to borrow anyway! I liked that it was private and tucked away, but still close enough to a running toilet and shower. I didn't use the jacuzzi, but it's a cool feature. You are provided a headlamp, lantern, bug spray, and bunch of wood - it's the little things that make a stay comfortable and memorable. I would absolutely come back!

We loved tent camping on Sarah‘s land. She’s an immaculate host. Everything was as advertised and just lovely. Great views with our own private spot. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is our third visit to this site, and it continues to be simply amazing. We always stay at Site 1, where we’re able to set up right on the lakeside with an incredible, wide-open view of the water. The property is consistently quiet, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. We had no issues with ticks during our stay, and taking the canoe out on the lake is always a highlight. We even caught a few sightings of wild turkeys, which made the experience even better.
It’s a fantastic site for both large gatherings and smaller, more intimate groups. The available porta-john is clean and well maintained, which is always a plus when camping. Easily one of the best campgrounds in this part of the country, it offers the perfect balance of comfort and nature. Cell reception is also decent, allowing you to stay connected if needed without taking away from the outdoor experience.

I had such a pleasant experience on Bren's land! There are horses in the adjecent fields, adding to the cozy, farm feel. The campsite was clean and equipped with a picnic table and firepit/cooking grill.

I liked it. There were miniature ponies outside my window at night, it was cool to occasionally hear pony sounds when I was in bed. Animals were friendly. She was working on adding extra ammenaties, which I though made it look like she cared. Environment was nice. Asked for extra accomodations and she helped me out. Easy to get in.

Great open area stop when overlanding, easy drive to many places including the beach. As stated there are no facilities so you must be self sufficient. Tom does have a fire pit and chairs available, and while we did not use them it is a nice added touch. Our dogs loved the open field and to be able to roam unleashed without us having to worry about them getting too close to a road or other campers. Great host and nice stop. Would stop again!

Right off the highway (about 3 minutes!) but far enough to feel secluded and peaceful. You will hear some highway noise but that didn’t bother me. Felt very safe. Great sunset view over a meadow. Sweet horses will come right up to your site for a curious hello.

The place was amazing! The site had a lot of space, tables, and sitting areas to use, and bunnies right by the site for us to look at. Only drawback (of the trip, not the site!) was that we camped out during a storm so it got muddy - to be expected.

Loredana is a warm and welcoming host. The cabin and her land is very well maintained, and she checked on me often enough to ensure that I was comfortable and entertained. As a solo traveler, I also felt safe staying with her. 10 out of 10 was my experience and I would like to stay again.

We had an amazing time at the horse farm. I took my son camping for the first time ever and this was more than the best situation in setup for a child. We were able to freely roam the farm and play with the horses at our will. We camped at campsite, one which was at the end of the property and gives you an entire view of the farm. Bren the host was amazing when we woke up to our surprise. They were hosting a mini petting zoo and Christmas pictures. By far, one of my best nights out with hipcamp.

What a fabulous time it was on this farm. I went in December so it was a bit cold. The owner was was very kind. She had already put a space heater in there and warms it up for me. If you don't like the cold then do not go in the cooler months but you ABSOLUTELY should go in the 3 other seasons. I loved meeting the horses and waking up to the sounds of a rooster. On the way out to this farm I saw a few other farms. I saw the biggest bald eagle I've ever seen in my life as well as peacocks. All this in NJ. This was an amazing experience.
