Quiet...you're deep in the back of the property with plenty of space and natural blockage that you don't even know you're in someone's yard. Host was friendly, and left us be.
We travel that area frequently, and usually stay at a state park... Yeah, this was much better!!! It's is a no-hook up site... We had our generator going pretty much the whole time, no issues.

Very cozy spot, open space and private. Lots of fresh natural wood to burn, and a really nice opening in the trees to look at the stars. Very accommodating host, especially as we had some delays and got there after sunset. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Perfect accommodation for my group of friends with rv’s. If you are looking for something close to Ocean city and other Shore towns, reasonably priced, accommodating for animals and private this is it. It was exactly what we needed.

Great location. We visited Cape May, Wildwood, Sea Isle, and Atlantic City. Tom’s property is ideal for beach lovers and the campsite offers much privacy. Tom responded quickly to all communication. We had a great weekend boon-docking with our RV.

Friendly host, easy check in. A nice peaceful place to sleep if you are visiting Cape May/Wild wood area. Easy to follow directions to the site the goats and chickens were cute. We would stay here again if ever in the area. Thanks Tom

Toms place was perfect, just an empty space in a field, but that’s exactly what we wanted. Space to do our own thing. Felt private and secluded from surroundings. PLENTY of firewood to use. Would stay again!

had a great experience camping on toms land. It was such a great night we saw 25 shooting stars! It was really close to where we needed to go Ocean City and Wildwood. We got to hang out with the goats. I highly recommend. It was a little buggy so I definitely recommend bringing some things for that. Other than that it was great experience all around. thank you so much for having us.

Had a nice time tent camping here to kick off a beach trip, nice open area to pull in and set up. Fire pit was nice to cook over and enjoy the quiet. In the morning there was a lot of nats in the tent which was annoying but can be prevented.

Very convenient location to visit the various beaches in Cape May county. Even though I was a bit anxious to camp with no amenities, we were able to make it work with a privacy tent, a water bladder, shower pump and WAG bags 😱.
We recommend for campers who want to camp in peace.

My partner and I LOVED sleeping on Tom’s land. It was a last minute trip booked the night before checking in, Tom responded quick and was very helpful and happy to have us. The directions he gave to us were very easy to follow, we made it there with no problems. I loved seeing the goats as we came and left (they are so sweet). He allowed us to scavenge for wood and there was plenty of options, with the metal fire-ring and wood we were able to enjoy yummy meals and s’mores over the fire. If I’m visiting the area, I will definitely be booking this spot again, many memories were made and I’d love to make more.

Easy to find and directions were clear. My kids loved being able to feed the goats! Tom was quick to respond with any questions we had. We were in the very first campsite. It was a very sunny spot in the afternoon so next time we will be sure to have a canopy to provide shade. Strathmere beach was about a 15 min drive 20 with high traffic. There is a grocery store about 1.5 miles down the road which was so convenient for grabbing ice and water bottles. 10/10 recommend. We plan to use this site again in the future! 😀

Amazing campsite! Nice and close to everything without being in the middle of everything! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, surrounded by nature around and the stars above! Host was great, very easy to contact and super friendly. Also, GOATS!

Great spot to pitch a tent for camping close to the beach! Directions on how to get there were very clear and we loved hanging out by the fire pit. Will definitely be back if we're in the area again :)

Tom's spot was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We have an off-grid skoolie and wanted to spend Memorial Day down in the OC/Sea Isle City/Cape May area. By far the most beautiful beaches in NJ!!
Tom's place was within 25 minutes of all beaches, quiet, safe, with great energy - even though it's on a main road which grants fantastic access to everything, it felt secluded. He provided us with water whenever we asked (it was our maiden voyage and we made some rookie water usage mistakes), which was awesome. He also gave us great pointers about when to leave to miss out on holiday weekend traffic northbound. Our trip home was smooth as silk.
The clear night sky gave us a real show and we loved the fire pit. Plus our pup had the best time roaming free and happy.
So good we already booked out 4th of July - can't wait to go back!
