Want to be close to Long Beach Island (LBI) without the crowds? You've found the place! Our lot is 1.22 acres only several miles away from LBI, New Jersey. The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight.
We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome.
Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. We have yard games available (Yard Yahtzee, Spikeball, Molkky, lawn darts, and more) and you're welcome to bring them to the beach. Crab traps, fishing poles, and a cooler are available too. Feel free to start a campfire in the designated area or relax in the two hammocks.
We promise you'll never be bored here! LBI beaches, the Manahawkin Lake, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more are all minutes away.

Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's.
Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows.
There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites.
Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive.
Cool and brand new Brewery opening up soon right across the rd from Cowtown and right next to The best Cowboy outfitter.

Camp in a backyard in a quiet area with a barn and horses nearby. Site 1 has water hookup and a 30 amp and 110 outlet available. Site 2 has water access and a 110 outlet available. Site 3 is for tent camping only and is more secluded. It does have water access available. These sites are a great spot to watch the sunset or watch the stars at night. These all are self contained camping spots. I do have two very friendly dogs that will most likely come say hi to you. Dewey Beer is 1 mile away in Harbeson. Lewes beach is only about 10 minutes away and Rehoboth beach is about 20 minutes away. Sports at the beach is only 5 miles away. Tanger outlets is 8 miles away. Delaware Turf sports complex is 24 miles. There are many great restaurants and shopping nearby. You can also bring your bikes and ride the bike trail from our lane to Lewes or Rehoboth! Feel free to ask for recommendations!

One site, Deep Woods 1, has power and party lights. Our second site, Serenity Now, has a screened gazebo. Both have plenty of parking, fire pits, chairs, and unlimited wood. Honestly, one of our best camping experiences. Host was responsive, honest, and great to deal with. We stayed one night, and the privacy of our space was great. Host provided fire wood (thank you) and the firepit was perfect for an evening to sit back and relax. The jacuzzi was clean and a wonderful addition to have in the morning. Bathroom was clean and easy to find. Overall an excellent experience and will be back again. Thank you!

This site was perfect! Cozy and secluded in the woods, with lots of animals nearby to keep us company. We brought our two smaller dogs, and one of the hostess pups, Chewy, kept us company on and off for the whole visit.

We have stayed at Countryside Horse Fsrm on several occasions and Loredana is far more than a Hip Camp Host. She has become a friend of my wife and I and we not only love staying at her place but we also really enjoy talking and interacting with Loredana. She is an amazing women.
We also enjoy staying at clothing optional sites and the horses seem to laugh at us but they don’t seem to object.

Lovely and peaceful with amazing views. We originally booked site 3 which was further up the trail in the woods and very secluded but since no one else was on the property, Tim let us move over to site 1 and the views were fantastic of the lake. We loved our stay

Hostess was kind and knowledgeable about local entertainment! The grounds themselves were beautiful and very fun for the kids! The only complaint we had was the girls bathroom had bugs like ants and spiders and my daughter would not take a shower lol. Other than that our stay was spectacular! We would definitely go back

Very nice property. The private pond and the surrounding property are beautiful. Although there are houses on the perimeter of the property, you can’t really see them and it feels like you are in the middle of the forest (which you kind of are!). The privacy is just right since there are only 5 sites (4 tent or pull in RV sites and 1 Cabin) and they are spread out around the pond with plenty of space between each. The owners, Dan and Carol, were absolutely phenomenal. Dan came by on his golf cart every day to check on me (I was solo camping in the Cabin). Carol also came with him once. Aside from the privacy and rest/relaxation that I desperately needed, the best part was meeting Dan and Carol. Super nice hosts! Anyone looking for an off grid camping experience should camp here!
