The firepit on the water is Magical at night.Beautiful WATERFRONT camper on the Mullica River - 2025 like new Coleman lantern, impeccable condition, fully stocked kitchen, linens. 4 private acres with fishing, kayaks, paddle-boards, fire pit. Fully hooked up to water/electric/sewer. 5 minutes to Wharton State Forest trailheads. 15 minutes to Atsion Lake. 45 min to the ocean.
