Private waterfront escape on 4+ acres along the Mullica River. Sip your coffee at sunrise or hop right on a paddleboard. The Jacques camper has everything you need, so you can relax in a hammock or hit the trails at Wharton State Forest. The fire pit on the water is magical at night. This like-new 2025 Coleman Lantern is in impeccable condition and features a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, provided linens, and access to four private acres with fishing, kayaks, paddleboards, and a fire pit. The camper is fully hooked up to water, electric, and sewer. The river has a dam on the property and is stocked for fishing! We’re just 5 minutes from endless Wharton State Forest trailheads, 15 minutes from Atsion Lake, and 45 minutes from the ocean. The camper sleeps four people comfortably. Tents are allowed for parties of more than four people, with up to eight guests and two vehicles permitted. There is plenty of outdoor seating and furniture, along with extra camp chairs and more.
