Located in the Willamette Valley, where route 240 and 47 meet is the small town of Yamhill. just 3 miles out of town there is a 66 acre farm with forest covered hills, rolling hay fields and a small seasonal creek. We welcome you to come enjoy some peaceful rest on our farm. We have 2 camp sites available and more coming soon nestled in the trees across the open hay field where you can watch wildlife. each site has access to the composting toilet, has their own picnic table, fire ring, access to water, and some extras like hay that can be used for under tents, kindling to help start your fire, a fire extinguisher, access to a propane fire ring during fire danger season, and a few yard games. we do have fire wood available to purchase as well as farm fresh eggs. the camp sites are seasonal and most will be closed for the wet winter months. they will be open from June to September, depending on the weather we may need to adjust the access to the sites. at times they may be walk in only (about 200ft walk) or four wheel drive access only as they are in a low area of the farm and do not wish anyone to get stuck. if access has been changed I will notify you as soon as I can with an update. you are welcome to walk around during your stay, pick some blackberries, apples or plums but please be aware and careful as we do have some poison oak on the property. I encourage you to stay on a path. please message me if you would like a tour of the farm we have a horse boarding stable, rabbits, chickens and goats ( for your safety please do not enter any barns or pastures without permission , preferable accompanied) you can see and hear some of the animals but most are far enough away that they are not disturbing.

Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream. Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit for an extra $10/day which includes the firewood. There are complimentary tables, BBQ, chairs. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit? Yep, true. Attractions: Spirit Mountain Casino is only 4 miles away, The Oregon coast is a 25 minute drive as well as plenty of vineyards. Also enjoy 100+ miles of hiking trails. The trail head is only 1 mile from camp. I'm available to answer any questions you have and look forward to your visit. We tent camped on one of the RV sites (Potbelly 2) so we could drive up, and we had a fantastic time. Our 3-yr old twins LOVED getting to meet and feed the farm animals, and the people who live on site were very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor bathroom was the cleanest I’ve ever experienced and only a few minutes walk from our site. The showers were a nice feature as well!

We had a great stay at Vantopia! Max was very responsive, answered all our questions, and made sure our stay went well. The location was perfect for our adventures. You’ll get a small amount of road noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. The shower was really nice after a long day. We didn’t use the toilet as we had one in our camper. Everything was very clean and tidy, tree cover was nice for the hotter days. Overall we recommend the spot and are hoping to come back!

Scott’s place at Rock Creek is everything it says and more. We stayed 3 nights and found it very relaxing. It is a great place to relax or a good home base to explore the coast. We stayed on the container side of the property but either of the two sites would have been perfect. The grounds are very well maintained and there are many whimsical surprises along the trails to the Creek. The creek offers a nice place to cool off or just sit and watch the river .

What a lovely spot… my dog and I felt spoiled for the one overnight we were there. Max, the host, thought of everything. I really appreciated all the thoughtful details (outlined in description). And he is super friendly and responsive. While we couldn’t have a real campfire, the propane pit set the mood just fine in the evening. And despite some road noise from Rt. 26, the space is peaceful… we slept soundly under the Doug Firs. We were the only campers, so we got the entire property to ourselves. My dog definitely enjoyed the fenced-in exploring. Be sure to go the the Mt. Hood Baking Company just down the road!

We purchased this slice of paradise in 2003 as a place to relax, recharge, and someday build our dream home. It started as nothing more than a gravel road leading to a small clearing with an old bus and a couple decks. Our children have grown up out here learning a deep respect for nature and the real (non digital) world. Now empty nesters, we live on site.
