In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on Splat Action Paintball is just five minutes away. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but the host greeted us warmly. Compared to other unoccupied sites, I noticed he had laid down straw to help keep away the dirt on the ground. We also loved the string light. Thank you for the attention to detail!

What a beautiful camping experience! Ripple 4 had a very large and flat plot of land, very important for bigger tents and tarps. You can’t beat the proximity and sounds of the river right next to you!! Also, the add ons were amazing! We got WiFi, a hot shower, hay to lay on the ground. Portapotty was exceptionally clean. Camp Colton is an awesome place to visit! Their property is large and has a lot of activities to explore (animal petting area, trails on the property, and a fishing pond). They've got a variety of awesome structures including cabins, a tiny home, yurts, and a communal covered fire pit gazebo. The Beehive cottage met my expectations perfectly, it was clean, warm, and tucked into the trees right by a creek that runs through the property. It was perfect for a quick getaway, while providing comfortable amenities during a cold and rainy Oregon fall evening. The bed is perfectly comfortable, and was made prior to my arrival. The host provided towels and linens, I didn't need to bring anything extra. Additionally, there is a covered back patio which is a perfect spot to sit out and listen to the babble of the creek and wildlife spot. I would recommend a stay here!

Weekend Trip to Crooked Finger Farms

The Guest House on the Farm is such a lovely and cozy place to stay! We experienced a power outage for 15+ hours from the storm, but Kristin made us feel safe and at so at home. Having all of the candles lit up around the house made the place even cozier. We loved how spacious the farmhouse was and seeing the beautiful fall leaves outside of the big windows. We also loved the close proximity to Silverton - such a sweet town! Hoping to come back to this hidden gem again to enjoy the cedar hot tub!

First off we felt very welcomed. We loved the livestock, the river, the amenities and all the special details they put into this place. The lights around the campsites, the clean bathrooms and showers, the firepits, the water, the shared common space. All the wildlife was incredible also. We saw a coyote, deer, bald eagles, chipmunks and a common Merganser. Such a great place! We will be back.

Right on the river! I appreciated the torches and little signs that lit the way to our campsite, which was really helpful because we arrived late. We heard a variety of wild animals off in the distance at night. There were also cows on the other side of a fence right behind our campsite, which I wasn't expecting, so hopefully you're into that sort of thing! The sites were well-maintained. Port-a-potties were very clean with sinks/soap/paper towels next to them. There was a big tank of potable water with jugs that we could fill and take to our campsite for washing. The only con we can think of is that a little traffic noise could be heard. It was there, but we didn't find it intense enough to be disturbing. Would definitely visit again when we go back to the Dahlia Festival!

Was the perfect place to relax and get away. Felt very welcomed upon arrival and was just what we needed for a home away from home. Recommend adding breakfast to your stay if you can afford, food was delicious and had fun talking with other guests. We booked the luxury tent and it was not only cute but very comfy! We had a wonderful time here! Definitely will go back for many more trips. We originally were staying 3 nights and on our checkout morning, we booked one more night! Awesome host, awesome place & felt safe. Here’s to many more times at this hidden gem of a camp spot!

Weekend Trip to Miranda's Farm and Recreation

Loved glamping out here! It was our first time ever glamping and it was a great first impression! Sotero was an amazing host and made sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Our dogs were thrilled that they could be let off leash and enjoy the field!

Weekend Trip to Molalla Ripple

Our stay here was magical! We were at Site 4, and it was spacious, we had a lovely view of the river, and at night there are gorgeous string lights so we were able to set up camp easily even though it was dark. The facilities were clean (bathrooms, shower, hand washing station). The farm animals were awesome, and we got to see deer cross the water, and some other wildlife. It was so nice to have potable water, a shower, Wifi, and other amenities. James was a great host and so quick to answer questions on the app. Overall, an amazing stay and will absolutely be back. Thanks for sharing your land with us, James!
