Amazing camp site on 87 acres with open fields and grand daddy oaks with amazing sunrise and sunsets and plenty of open area for stargazing. Visit our 500 year old live oak tree. The property is 5 min to Interstate 75 (414 Exit). O'Leno State (https://www.floridastateparks.org/parks-and-trails/oleno-state-park) is a 5 min drive. We have a life time park pass so entry to the park is free for us. Please ask us about that. We have power and water only at our Hip-camp. We have 3 RV slips on the property, each with 50 Amp electric and water hookups. Ichetucknee Springs State Park (https://ichetuckneesprings.com/) 15-20 min drive from our site. We also have access to the private areas on Itchetucknee and Santa Fe River and have kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, and other inflatable. Ginnie Springs (https://ginniespringsoutdoors.com/) and Rum Island (https://www.lakecityfl.com/listing/rum-island-spring-and-park) are also a short drive from our site. We also have a large tent camping area with 5 tent sites that are covered and have access to power and water. The Radiant Oaks Center is adjacent to the R/V sites and camping area. This facility is used for retreats. R/V's and campers will have access to 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped ped kitchen area with refrigerator stove and microwave, coffeemaker and plenty pots, pans and dishes. The kitchen may have limited access during special events or retreats. There are several fire pits and open fields for frisbee, volley ball, horse shoes, and corn hole games in the camping area. The building also has a large covered outdoor pouch area with lights and fans for rainy days, to hang out. reading, card games, etc. As mentioned earlier, we are on 80+ acres and plenty of room to roam and trails to explore. The city of High Springs and Lake City are each a short drive away have lots of shops, restaurants, and groceries. Feel free to ask us for recommendations. This is a working agriculture area with lots of wild life. We are not responsible injuries caused by animals, fauna, or fences that you may encounter.

Absolutely incredible stay! The Treehouse Cabin Retreat exceeded every expectation the perfect mix of comfort and nature. The cabin and treehouse are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to comfy bedding. The property is peaceful, surrounded by towering trees and the soothing sounds of nature. We loved the outdoor shower under the stars, the firepit for s’mores, and the hammocks for lazy afternoons. It’s close to the Suwannee River and crystal-clear springs, which made day trips for swimming and kayaking so easy. The host was responsive, kind, and made everything simple from start to finish. If you’re looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a unique glamping experience this place is pure magic. We’re already planning to come back!

Jamil was an Amazing host. Beautiful property that met all of our expectations. Clean and well stocked....Our son enjoyed the games, my husband loved the smoker and I enjoyed the swing by the fire. I loved the privacy of this beautiful spot. Being able to pull in and be undercover and simply plug-in was a luxury. Having the place all to myself, seeing the deer and the stars late at night made for a peaceful respite. Walked the trail on the property in the afternoon and simply relaxed. Highly recommend.

We appreciate that the site was spacious enough to accommodate our camper and two additional tents. There was sufficient room for everyone to have their own space without feeling crowded. The area was also remarkably clean and conveniently located near the springs. We had our two-year-old granddaughter with us, and the site proved to be very safe for her to run around and play.

Very sweet and quiet spot with fantastic bathrooms and a kitchen. Stephen was kind and helpful. We were the only campers and the stars were beautiful. Having a hook up and water right at the site was great as we do a lot of boondocking without those. The porch was a great place to hang out and the sites were shaded. A very nice camping spot! The location is very quiet and all three RV spots (we were in spot 2) are pull-through, very spacious and have their own fire ring and a few hammocks. The facilities (water and 50A power) were easily accessible and in new condition. The hosts are very pleasant and are putting in a great deal of effort to make this hipcamp perfect. It is on a very large piece of land and we spent quite a bit of time walking around it and on the neighboring roads (which are also very quiet). We saw turkeys every evening and a number of deer. Quite a variety of other birds as well. The site itself is very clean without the piles of old farm equipment or debris you frequently find at Hipcamp spots. The "dirt" road into the location is actually packed lime rock, very wide, and pothole free. Note that this location does not have a sewage hook-up on site (and we knew this going in). With that it would very nearly be perfect!

We had a great stay! As full timers we find ourselves at rv campgrounds a lot - it was such a treat to have our own place to stay. This site is the definition of private. Tucked away on backroads and completely surrounded by woods. Roads are not paved but were in great condition and we had no issues. Hosts Vince and Haylie provided clear directions to find the site, and the entrance is protected by a gate. The tree lined driveway leads back to the wonderful pole barn that we thoroughly enjoyed. Full hookups a major plus. Wonderful stay, one of our favorite Hipcamp’s, would recommend to anyone!

Quiet, quaint little getaway spot in the middle of nowhere but convenient to the river which is why we came. Treehouse is very unique! Cool place to stay with all the basic necessities. Heaters provided did a great job at getting a little chill out during overnight hours. Loved the string lights around the pavilion, the outdoor shower and the grill / fire ring.

Beautiful land. Definitely lots of hunters around so keep in mind when you hear late night gunshots and dog barking but didn’t bother us any. Vince was a great host!
