This site was perfect for us. It is a hook up for one camper full hook up, worked great. The river launch was a short walk away, and we were able to fish on a little dock. The river cat fish tasted awesome. The host Lisa and Jeff were top-notch. Communicated very promptly with us. although it says it’s in a neighborhood. The houses are very spread out and we never had a sense of feeling crowded at all.. We were able to swim in the springs a couple of miles away. There’s a cute town with a bait shop and a very good little restaurant. We ate breakfast there almost every day. We cooked over our campfire in the evening and Jeff and lisa provided us with great seasoned firewood. We would come here again.

Quiet, private site. Friendly, safe neighborhood. Level site. Good hookups. Near the Suwannee River. Love sitting out on the neighborhood dock which is just a couple blocks away. Jeff and Lisa are outstanding hosts. Stayed twice, and enjoyed both times. Will stay again, if in the area.

The camp is in a quiet riverside community that was wonderful for a relaxing week near Old Town. We enjoyed taking our dogs for walks around the neighborhood. This was an excellent location to visit Manatee Spring and Fanning Springs State Parks.
The site was level with full hookups and was easy to back into. I’d be happy to stay again in the future.

The spot is perfect. Lots of room and easy to back into. I have a 42' 5th wheel and no problem. The hosts are super nice and everything is easy to hookup. It is also a quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Nice place to walk around in the evenings. Bugs are bad cause by the river, but hey it's Florida so that's like everywhere. Also less than 10 mins from an awesome bike and hiking trail, Nature Coast Trail, which will take to neighboring towns and several springs to gk check out. I will stay again if we come back to the area

Lisa and Dave provided a soft place for us to land after diving head first into fulltime rv life! They were incredibly accommodating and kind. Bring your bug spray because you are right on the suwannee river here. The neighborhood is very pretty and kind and great for walking my dog.

Great, quiet and scenic place to stay. Lisa and Jeff are very hospitable and welcoming. There is Suwannee River access within walking distance. We had a great time taking our boat to the local springs. The neighborhood is also very friendly and feels safe.

Paradise Park is truly a hidden gem! We’ve stayed here twice now, and every visit has been an absolute delight. Lisa and Jeff are the most welcoming and kind hosts you could ask for—they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even took us crabbing and generously provided firewood, making our stay even more special.
The community here is just as wonderful. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The lot itself is stunning, with gorgeous views near the water and easy access to nearby springs, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure.
If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway with amazing hosts, Paradise Park is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back again!

Lisa and Jeff’s place was just what we needed. Great neighborhood but our spot was still very private. They were great hosts,and neighbors were very friendly. Plenty of things to do in all directions from Old Town. We would definitely stay here again!

Lisa and Jeff were great hosts! The site was large, clean, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were one block from public river access. The dock is big enough to take chairs and enjoy the river for the day. The fire pit was great and the screen room is perfect for dinners and games. It's clean and large. Lisa really went out of her way to make sure we had a good time. We will definitelyreturn!

Site 2 - Paradise Park River Retreat
Hands down our best RV Hipcamp stay to date! The location is pristine, the neighborhood welcoming, and the hosts-Lisa and Jeff, were incredible! We had a wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat. The springs are all close by and so are basic needs stores, but you feel tucked away in your own little oasis at the same time. I think we came at just the right time of year too, cool nights and warm days-minimal bugs during our stay. We ate at both the Suwanee Bell and Treasure Island (?) and the latter was our favorite food but the former had the best ambiance-both right off the river!

Lisa and Dennis were great. The site and area was great. However, we were about 50 feet across the street from neighbors who burned several piles of leaves at time, everyday all 4 days we were there. We couldn't sit outside or even open the windows in our RV it was so smokey. I suffered burning eyes, severe headache and sore throat for 4 days. I thought this was a bit insensitive of them as they are friends of Lisa's and knew she had paying customers staying there.

Lisa’s place was just what we were looking for. It is close enough to town if you need anything and just a skip away from the river. Lisa was a wonderful host and was able to provide us with the correct RV electrical hook up (since we are newbies) as well as firewood the entire visit. We will certainly be back!

Great site! Lisa and husband meet us at arrival and helped back us in. Quiet area, only a short walk to the Sewanee River. First time we were camping with grandkids in our new trailer. They have a new dock that we could fish off of. They had plenty of firewood for us also, a great plus. The screened in porch with working refrigerator was very handy. We didn't need to buy ice for the drinks in ice chest, just kept them in frig. Weather was a little cool, so we had lots of campfires going. We all had such a great time; I can see us coming back. Lisa’s place is one of the nicest we have stayed in all of our travels! It is a beautiful, quiet spot with full hookups, a screened in porch, scenic landscaping and friendly hosts. We had a campfire one night (wood provided) and invited Lisa and Jeff to join us. They had great recommendations too for what to see and where to eat. Their price is amazingly reasonable for all they provide. We were sorry to leave!

This was our 2nd time staying at Lisa & Jeff’s…4 weeks last winter and 4 weeks this winter. We work remotely and love often using the screened in porch for our office. The neighborhood is super friendly and Jeff and Lisa make you feel so welcome. We love walking our dogs through the neighborhood too. The new neighborhood dock they built while we were there to the Suwannee River is really nice too. We highly recommend a stay with them!!!

This is one of the most beautiful and serene locations we have ever been too. The host, Lisa, was so welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely plan a return trip back there again!

We just spent a week at this wonderful property. This was the second year that we've stayed here before travelling further south. It's a very nice and quiet neighborhood right on the river. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for working (the wifi was great) and sharing meals with friends who were on the other site. Lisa was a joy to work with and an excellent host. Always pleasant and had great suggestions on where to eat and places to explore.

We were greeted by Lisa right away and helped back us in. Great little area to park and neighbors are friendly. We loved that we could bring our pets and the screen porch was perfect to sit in and eat and avoid the bugs while eating. Area is small rocks and easy to level. A great fire pit is in between the two spots. We like we had electric, water, and sewer so we didn’t have to find a place to dump on the way home. Great place to unwind and relax. We will be back again.

Full hook ups are definitely a plus. We loved exploring Manatee & Fanning Springs State Parks. Nice friendly neighborhood & although we did not use them was nice to have a fire pit & covered porch if wanted.

The site here at Lisa's place is awesome they have two very level camper sites that are gravel, they very clean and quiet. The host is ocomodating and polite. Also the fishing in the area was fantastic.

We loved spending time on Lisa and Jeff's beautiful shaded property with all you can need . Lisa and Jeff are amazing host. Always attentive. Helpful and friendly. Enjoy See all the deer running around as it gets dark.
