We purchased our 3.39 acres two years ago and all that was on it was a RV and lots of pine trees, palmettos, woods and a small pond in the front of the property.  Over those two years we have turned it into our little piece of heaven.  We've added two more RV hookups which our son parked his camper on one.  We built a fully furnished cook shed and on the back side of it we have an enclosed fish cleaning area.  The cook shed also has an enclosed eating area.  In addition, we build a full size bath house / laundry room for the convenience of our campers.  We cleared out the back of our property and had a large fish pond dug and it is actually spring fed.  We have stocked it with all kinds of fish.  We have a dock that goes out to the pond and you can stand and feed the fish.  If you like to fish you can catch and release.  There is also a table and chairs out next to it if you want to sit and relax.Learn more about this land:Quiet 3.39 acres with a RV hookup, two ponds, a separate bathhouse/laundry room on the premises in addition to a cook shed with grills and cookers (propane included) along with fish cleaning station. This is the beautiful wild coast of Florida's "Big Bend." Located halfway between Perry to the north and Steinhatchee to the south, Keaton Beach is an outpost town with a laidback, relaxing atmosphere. No motels, no fast food. The wild, natural public beach has a shaded picnic area, restrooms, a boat ramp and a 700-foot fishing pier. These are prime scalloping waters from mid to late summer, and the area is famous for year-round fishing. We recently bought this property with an old hunting cabin owned by a well known baseball coach. The cabin is currently transformed into a residence. We have 4 RV spots available in the front of the property.. Only an 8 minute drive to the sandy swimming beach of Keaton Beach (see pic above) or 20 min walking distance to Adams Sunset Beach. We had a wonderful stay at this campsite. We were running a bit late, but the host was waiting for us with a smile and made us feel welcome right away. He helped us get settled and even checked back about 30 minutes later to make sure we had everything we needed. The campsite itself was beautifully manicured and thoughtfully decorated for the holiday, which added a really nice touch. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, and being away from the city lights made the night sky absolutely stunning—the stars were unbelievably bright. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-kept campsite with a thoughtful host, this is a great place to stay.

This was a great option for us! The host was super nice, the area was clean, and we had everything we needed! Would return 100%! Be aware, however, you will have to use your own bathroom/shower on your rig. (there is onsite sewage/water/electric, but no bathhouse) Also, no onsite laundry. Otherwise, we enjoyed it!

Our fully stocked fishing pond in the back of our property. ( Please note catch and release only) There is also table and chairs next to it if you want to sit and relax.

Serenity Oasis is the perfect name for this property! Located close to town without the noise. This property has everything you would ever need and Linda is the perfect hostess! There are two ponds for fishing, a fish cleaning house, a screened in dining area and a shared bath house. There’s also a fire pit for making smores at night! This is our favorite vacation spot for the summer.

RV site was nice with stone pad. We had water and electric hook up and were able to use one of his dump stations before we left. It was quiet at night and about 8 miles from a cute beach 🏖️. Definitely had a country feel being off a dirt road.

What a wonderful Hipcamp!! Nicely maintained. Quiet at night and beautiful sky ay night. Kai and Lisa were wonderful hosts!!! So helpful and friendly!! Kai and Lisa were very wonderfully accommodating hosts! Their community was devastated during the hurricane so the beaches were not available for swimming. However, the birdwatching was wonderful! They recommended multiple other options that we were able to enjoy. We chose Cedar Key Island and the 2nd Street Cafe (Steemers) where the seafood was excellent! We wlook forward to our next stay!
