This is the parking lot of my commercial building. It is fairly private, with no traffic other than 2 employees at the building. It's more of a staging location for something else you're looking to do, rather than a camping venue. I listed the site here because I realized there are no RV campsites within about a 20 mile radius. Why might you want to camp here, rather than Disney's Fort Wilderness?

Here in Auburndale, Florida, we are a lakefront property with two palm trees greeting you at our front driveway. We have lake dock access to Lake Ariana with 300 ft of shoreline, a lakefront BBQ area, and a boat launching area for kayaks and inflatables right here at our docks.
We have a large mango tree (mangoes are seasonal) and over 150 mango trees that range from starts to three-year-old trees scattered around the property. Additionally, we have an outdoor pool. Pool hours 8am to 6pm or ask for special times.
You can enjoy boating, kayaking, sailboats, and BBQs right at our lakeside dock. Not into lakes? You can swim in our outdoor pool with a waterfall and decorative koi pond close by. The views of the lake are stunning.
If you want to explore nearby attractions, we are close to Florida theme parks such as Disney, LegoLand, and Bush Gardens, and it's only a 40-minute drive to Gulf Coast beaches (we supply all beach gear; just ask). We welcome you to stay at Mango Tango Estate RV Camping, close to Camp Margaritaville, Berkley Sports Fields, Bonita Springs Park, Dyno World, and beaches.

First site is a 12x32 concrete slab with city water and a 30-amp camper electric service. The second site (near the rear of the property and along a busy road that can be noisy) is a 10x14 concrete slab with city water and a household electric service of about 13 amps. No sewage facilities for both sites, must have black water holding tanks. I recommend stopping at a truck stop and empty the black water holding tank. Located on an acre with Grissom Pkwy in the back. Very near the restaurant "Jabbers". Great views of rocket launches, just a few miles from Publix, other shops and other restaurants. About a mile to the Indian River, about five miles to the Banana River (and Kelly Park for windsurfing or launching boats) about 12 miles to Port Canaveral and the beach at Jetty Park or better yet (my fav) Cherie Down Park. CDP is great for surfing, beach fishing, viewing rocket launches or just beach walking. While there please visit Port Canaveral's host of bars and restaurants. Also, about 25 miles to the Space Center. PLEASE! Best way onto property is go west on Canaveral Groves Blvd 1/2 mi. to Alan Sheppard, left and left again at 1st. street (Atlanta St.). Back the 1/2 mi. to Knoxville Ave where the trailer/camper entrance lines up directly with Atlanta St. GPS does NOT know if you are pulling a camper/trailer...LOL!

This is the parking lot of my commercial building. It is fairly private, with no traffic other than 2 employees at the building. It's more of a staging location for something else you're looking to do, rather than a camping venue. I listed the site here because I realized there are no RV campsites within about a 20 mile radius. Why might you want to camp here, rather than Disney's Fort Wilderness?

Here in Auburndale, Florida, we are a lakefront property with two palm trees greeting you at our front driveway. We have lake dock access to Lake Ariana with 300 ft of shoreline, a lakefront BBQ area, and a boat launching area for kayaks and inflatables right here at our docks.
We have a large mango tree (mangoes are seasonal) and over 150 mango trees that range from starts to three-year-old trees scattered around the property. Additionally, we have an outdoor pool. Pool hours 8am to 6pm or ask for special times.
You can enjoy boating, kayaking, sailboats, and BBQs right at our lakeside dock. Not into lakes? You can swim in our outdoor pool with a waterfall and decorative koi pond close by. The views of the lake are stunning.
If you want to explore nearby attractions, we are close to Florida theme parks such as Disney, LegoLand, and Bush Gardens, and it's only a 40-minute drive to Gulf Coast beaches (we supply all beach gear; just ask). First site is a 12x32 concrete slab with city water and a 30-amp camper electric service. The second site (near the rear of the property and along a busy road that can be noisy) is a 10x14 concrete slab with city water and a household electric service of about 13 amps. No sewage facilities for both sites, must have black water holding tanks. I recommend stopping at a truck stop and empty the black water holding tank. Located on an acre with Grissom Pkwy in the back. Very near the restaurant "Jabbers". Great views of rocket launches, just a few miles from Publix, other shops and other restaurants. About a mile to the Indian River, about five miles to the Banana River (and Kelly Park for windsurfing or launching boats) about 12 miles to Port Canaveral and the beach at Jetty Park or better yet (my fav) Cherie Down Park. CDP is great for surfing, beach fishing, viewing rocket launches or just beach walking. While there please visit Port Canaveral's host of bars and restaurants. Also, about 25 miles to the Space Center. PLEASE! Best way onto property is go west on Canaveral Groves Blvd 1/2 mi. to Alan Sheppard, left and left again at 1st. street (Atlanta St.). Back the 1/2 mi. to Knoxville Ave where the trailer/camper entrance lines up directly with Atlanta St. GPS does NOT know if you are pulling a camper/trailer...LOL!

Sam's place near Cocoa was the perfect base for exploring both Cocoa Beach and Titusville. While I was there I was able to catch a Starlink launch from the Titusville Space View Park. I also went the other direction and caught the Sands Space Force museum and Ron Jon's in Cocoa Beach.
If you're heading to the area Sam's place is a great place to stay. But beware that it's not for the big rigs. I'm a 21ft travel trailer. I stayed on the driveway spot. And I felt like I was taking up the whole thing.
I loved that my door was away from the house. I felt like I was in my own place, even though I was steps from the house.
Steve is a great host. He left me alone all week, but I felt like I could call on him for anything while I was there. And as a long time resident of the area he knows where everything is that you'll need.

Lee’s property is clean, well maintained, and serene. We loved the horses, deer, and a vocal owl! The hookups are perfect. The area is tranquil yet just a few miles from everything you need. The best part of our stay was Lee. He is quiet but accessible to his guests. Lee never intrudes but does make sure his guests have what they need. We had a long stay so Gene and I got to know Lee a bit and we will definitely return when we come back to Florida next year. We highly recommend this location.

If you're looking for a quiet space to relax and spread out, away from the cramped and noisy campgrounds, then this is the place. Lee was very nice, helping me get settled in, and equally respectful of space and privacy. There were three other guests, and they were all quiet and respectful.
After being on the road for the past 8 months and often in cramped campgrounds, this was a very pleasant change. Lee's property was clean and easy to find. We would definitely return if ever in the area again.
