This is the parking lot of my commercial building. It is fairly private, with no traffic other than 2 employees at the building. It's more of a staging location for something else you're looking to do, rather than a camping venue. I listed the site here because I realized there are no RV campsites within about a 20 mile radius. Why might you want to camp here, rather than Disney's Fort Wilderness? -You're visiting family in the area and need a place to stay and park your RV -You want to visit the many attractions in the Orlando area, but not pay tourist prices and camp in the middle of it all -Maybe you're waiting for parts or service at one of the many RV dealers in the area -You need a short stop for water, power and provisions What do you get with your camping adventure here? -Plenty of space, a 100'x40' concrete slab that you can use as you need. The parking lot is on a slight, 1-2 degree, cross-slope. -Parking for up to 10 vehicles -30A RV outlet and 110V power -City water supplyThis is a parking lot of a commercial warehouse. Other than 2 employees in the warehouse, there is no other traffic on the property. Pets are welcome. It's a good place to park an RV while you're in the area for other reasons, but by itself it's not an attraction as a campsite. Here to visit family, enjoy the Orlando attractions, or need to stop and charge and get water? Need to leave your RV for an airport trip? This is a good place for that.

Great spot, very convenient to the city and Soccer fields are not far. Lots of great food close. This will be a saved spot for us. Very clean, plenty of parking.

Alan is the good kind of host. Makes sure things are the way it's supposed to be. Good site as a place to park as a base while visiting family. Water, power, no mud, no gravel, just 2 inch level up on one side. Highly recommend.

We had a nice safe spot to stop for the night so we could visit friends in town. We had good communication with our host. Nice spot to have electric. Nice town to check out, we walked down the the farmers market and visited some nice little shops! Will stay again.

Alan's spot was perfect for us. He met us upon arrival and was very hospitable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The spot has great evening lighting. Alan can turn off the lights if you prefer. There are several close businesses, including a restaurant just a short walk away, and a Wawa a block away. The power was good. We did not use the water because there was no need for us. There is a long grassy area for dog walking. This is a great stop for passing through and/or if you want to head to Orlando during the day. Highly recommend.

This spot was exactly what I needed. Visiting family locally but being able to come to my own bed at night. It is as Alan described it. There was water and I used a 20 amp connection so I had air and tv. Leveled with about 2.5 inches on the passenger side. Alan communicated great which was good because the day I arrived the city decided to put in sidewalks on his street. No problem to back in to his lot and he was there to help.
