Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away.
Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions.
We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet.
Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 28' in length.
Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.
We accept small Class A Motorhomes (34' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers.
Sorry, no tent camping is allowed.
There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard.

You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away.
Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions.
We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet.
Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 28' in length.
Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.
We accept small Class A Motorhomes (34' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers.
Sorry, no tent camping is allowed.
There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard.
We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island.

Bring your tent, van or small camper and share our slice of paradise! You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. Two large outdoor sinks, one with 4 gal. hot water tank, the other one shares the 8 gal. tank with the shower. Two locked gates in our chain link fence allow most RVs the option to pull through or back in. Water and 30A electric hookup located at corner of concrete pad, next to the Jennair gas grill. Relax on our Broyhill couch and easy chairs under the awning, and enjoy our latest addition, a fire table. Hang out in the new gazebo with mosquito netting and fabric panels on a Trex deck with a polycarbonate roof. Keep an eye out for hawks, owls, osprey and ibis. Ryan is a very nice person. Helped make sure we were comfortable and made it easy to back into his concrete site. Very level if you go way back as per his instructions.
Fenced in site between his house and a rental house .
His dog is very sweet and never es bothered us at all.
Most days were spent in St Augustine's. Evenings were quiet and enjoyable.
Gave us his personal cell and said to contact him anytime during stay. He was on top of all texts.
We did not use water but hooked up to his electric box. Box is easy accessible and up to par.
Dead end street, we hooked up tow dolly and car on street with no problems. Spoke to some neighbors who seemed very nice as well.
Will use again if we get back this way.

We had a wonderful stay at Twin Cedars. The location is perfect, 20 minutes ride to the old city of St Augustine, the beach, the restaurants, the shops... The place itself has everything: it's a large backyard where you have the facilities to do everything outdoor: the dishes, take a hot shower, use the dry toilet, eat at the dinner set, use the BBQ, and they even have a spa. We were also able to do our laundry. Our hosts Karin and Phil were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This is our second year camping at this property and we absolutely love it. It really has everything! A great location right next to The Villages, limited to a single campsite, a large fabulous covered pavilion right as you step out of your RV, a BBQ, laundry facilities, a beautiful hobby farm, fabulous hosts and I could go on and on. Seriously, don’t miss this place. Definitely one of the best places we have ever camped.

Nice site. Mt. Dora has limited options available, so Wolf Branch Ranch was a great find. Really nice grassy area with pleasant views. Shower & facilities are separate from the home and available 24 hrs. Some road noise but not a real issue. Besides your minutes from Mt. Dora commerce. Nicolas is very accommodating and takes pride in his work to make this a pleasant place to spend some time.

What a beautiful spot! Nick has set up a slice of heaven. On a lake with the sounds of birds, provides privacy if you want it, or a community fire pit if you’re feeling social. The facilities (shower, toilet, wash area) are clean and have everything you may need. Little lights in the trees and around the facilities, and even a chandelier in the tree. Nick is available, making sure everyone is happy. Highly recommend!
