Brand new waterfront tiny house with amazing sunsets and views 😍 Message me for weekly and monthly significant discounts. Bring your boat and toys as there’s so much to do in nature. Fish off the deck or from the yard, zip over to the springs in 10 minutes or head over to the St Johns river for a meal. The tiny house has a vegetable garden you are free to do with as you please as well as cornhole and games for your use under the 5th wheel. There is a camp store on site for snacks, bait, drinks, ice, fire wood etc. We are surrounded by conservation land and we have one of the highest populations of bald eagles. We also have friendly squirrels that love to tap on the door for nuts 🥜 in the morning. Turtles, small alligators and a very diverse bird population to name a few are always around.Lovely and peaceful brand new tiny house in a very quiet campground. Just a whole lot of beautiful nature. It is our most private site as it is located next to our barn on one side with a fence and the other is a grassy area with another fence. There is everything you might need for a long weekend or even a month and we give a significant monthly discount. The house is equipped with a Queen sized bed, small closet storage as well as under bed storage drawers. Flushing toilet, rain shower head and big kitchen sink. Two burner induction stove as well as a convection oven/air fryer combo. Smaller apartment fridge and all the pots and kitchenware you might need. There is a small fold down table in the living room that can be used for meals or as a desk for working and there is a larger table on the deck for meals as well. Suitable for a couple as there is only one bed. The couch does not fold out but could also be used as a bed. A small 2 person tent could also possibly be set up outside.

Pine Island Tiny House + Marina!

Tiny house, big adventures

What a great location! Right on lake George so the the breeze feels amazing even when it’s relatively hot outside. The tiny house has everything you might need and we enjoyed our fire pit prob the most out of everything. Whitney was a great host and kept in communication throughout the course to our stat. Would def come back.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing weekend staying at Whitney’s place. The tiny home itself is spacious, beautiful, and well thought out, with everything you need available to make your stay comfortable. The location is breathtaking and to be honest, every day it was difficult to leave the beautiful area to go on our adventures . We highly recommend Whitney’s place and hope to return.

Perfect Little Getaway On The Water

I had an amazing time at Whitney’s Tiny House on Lake George. It was the perfect getaway, with breathtaking sunsets from the deck every evening and all the essentials inside that you could need for a short or long term stay. My family and I created wonderful memories here. Beyond the great place and location, everyone we met was friendly and welcoming at the campground. Whitney, was kind, generous and beyond helpful. We're certainly looking forward to returning to Pine Island.

Pine Island Tiny House + Marina!

The sunset's on the lake were absolutely spectacular. We loved our stay at this tiny house. It was perfect for our baby's first camping trip.
