The campsite itself is carefully positioned to maximize views of the stunning sunsets that grace the horizon each evening. The sky transforms into a breathtaking palette of warm hues, casting a golden glow over the river. This is the perfect spot for everyone to unwind and immerse themselves in the peaceful ambiance. During the day, explore the the river and the nature trails on the property. Lots of fishing and boating to do. Bring your own boat I have a natural boat ramp. As night falls, gather around the crackling campfire to share stories, roast marshmallows, and marvel at the star-studded sky above. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, our riverside campsite offers a tranquil retreat where you can reconnect with nature, rejuvenate your spirit, and create cherished memories with loved ones.

Holly's Hipcamp is Exceptional

Beautiful quiet location on St. John river with wonderful sunsets. Holly was the perfect host and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. There are several nice restaurants in nearby Palatka and only a 30 minute drive to St. Augustine. If you want to enjoy nature, water sunsets, quiet camping and nearby available infrastructure you cant do better than Holly's Sunset Escape.

A very special place

This is a perfect solitary and very beautiful location right on the St Johns River. Complete with nice dock and a super friendly host. We will be going there again so thank you Holly for your very friendly hospitality

Beautiful spot with gorgeous views on the St. John’s river. Private level site that offers sun or shade. Access to kayaks and dog friendly. 30 amp power as well. I will definitely be back.
