Awesome place! Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Loved coming out of our camper to a covered patio. My daughter loved the animals. Host's were very friendly. Already booked another stay.

Hard to know where to begin. On a scale from 1-10 this RV camp site and it's host, Louise, are an 11+. The location is both a tranquil farm setting and close to everything and anything you could want or need. As for the site itself, there's a HOT outdoor shower, potable water, electric hook up and plenty of space to spread out. The chickens and goats were a wonderful site each day. Our camper trailer was parked right alongside a covered pavilion that had a picnic table, patio furniture, lighting, and a fan. As for the host, Louise was prompt to reply to any questions, friendly, and unobtrusive. She's just an all around nice person and great host. My wife and I, and our dog Pearl, highly recommend this Hipcamp location and host!

My husband, pup, and I spent 2 nights at Louise’s beautiful small hobby farm with goats and chickens. We were greeted by Louise and Michelle upon arrival, who made us feel very welcome, helped us hook up, and explained everything about the property.
Location and surroundings are very quiet, peaceful, and safe, just minutes from The Village, shopping, and restaurants. Easy to access, drive through, and convenient hookup for power and water. Outdoor shower with plenty of hot water was much appreciated, as well of the fresh laid eggs, and WiFi. Louise also offered for us to do laundry.
We will definitely return and are already planning our next visit.

There’s nothing like waking up at Misty Morning acres …serenaded by chickens and goats. This camping spot was fabulous! This was the first time we used Hipcamp, but it certainly will not be our last. The facilities here can only be described as ideal. The door of your trailer opens up onto a very large covered cement patio, with chairs, loungers, picnic table, and barbecue. The site is located in the middle of a beautiful hobby farm, with a horse barn (no horses when we were there) and a lovely quaint fenced off area with goats and chickens. They even have a restored vintage Ford tractor from the ‘40s! While the property is near other homes, you would barely know it because of the large stands of trees all around. This spot is extremely well located, with The Villages virtually next-door, and minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and major shopping facilities. This property is also completely fenced with a code operated automatic gate for security. And if that is not enough, the hosts are amazing! They clearly love their little hobby farm, and were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time at this camping spot. After having stayed in many crowded campgrounds over the years, this truly was a special experience. We could not recommend it more highly!

We had a wonderful time staying here! We really only saw our host when we checked in, but we were greeted every morning by the chickens and goats! The neighborhood was quiet, there was plenty of space for the camper, and we enjoyed sitting on the concrete patio each night visiting with my father in law. Our dogs had plenty of space to run around, and we felt very secure with the coded gate. 10/10 would recommend staying here and we will most likely be back next time we come visit!

Beautiful, quiet, private surroundings. Easy entrance and exit to the property. The patio/gazebo was a real bonus! The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We were greeted by the hosts & they were EXCELLENT! The space is amazing. It includes a beautiful view of the barn, chickens, roosters and goats. The space is beautifully kept, very clean, and quiet. The space includes a covered area that has multiple seating areas, a hammock and use of a grill, showers and a laundry. It also has an Airbnb on site which the hosts walked us through which was gorgeous. So, if you had friends without a camper that would be a good option too. The access to and from the property is very private and very convenient
We were in the area when Hurricane Helene was making her way up the coast & the hosts was EXTREMELY helpful, responsive and accommodating.
If I am ever in the area again I will certainly stay here!! I give it a 10 star review! HIGHLY recommend!

I love this place! Louise and Michele are wonderful hosts! Someone else posted it’s magical, it really is. You won’t be disappointed! You are tucked away in the back of the property with a beautiful pavilion with a grill, picnic tables and chairs. You also can come and go with your own gated entrance! You are close to everything. The best are the farm animal. I loved it so much booked another week!

I came to Misty Morning Acres for my trial run with a new camper and to organize it. This site is absolutely beautiful! Louise drove me through the barn to bring me to my private covered pavilion with picnic table, grill, hammock, and plenty of seating. The chickens, goats and Luna the cat were an added bonus. There is an outside shower which is delightful! Louise and Michele are wonderful they make you feel like family! I liked it so much I booked another week!

Camping here was wonderful. Hosts were friendly. The site was perfect. Loved the pavilion. Most of all loved the baby goats. Easy drive to Silver Springs. Will stay again.

Very nice peaceful corner tucked next door to the Villages. We enjoyed our night camping here while visiting family in the area. There is a good sized paved pavillion with a picnic table next to the site.

What a great spot!!!! Louise and Michelle are definitely superstar hosts, snd their beautiful property is simply a peaceful, picturesque oasis. My dogs and parrot and I so enjoyed our stay here- safe and secure with your own large private pavillion, outdoor shower and best of all, the adorable barnyard residents-especially the baby goats, which I got to cuddle before I had to say goodbye. I sure hope to get back, and highly recommend!!

This was our Maiden Voyage and it was absolutely wonderful even though it rained the whole time. Louise and Michelle were amazing hosts. Got to hold a baby goat, pet a horse and saw chickens. Booked already for May. Thank you again for letting stay on your property.

We absolutely loved this hipcamp! The property is fantastic and so are the hosts, Louise and Michele! So friendly and helpful! The site is set up very cool, you pull up next to a nice big covered pavilion that has a clean picnic table (and a lil one for kids too) gas bbq grill, trash and a couple comfy seating benches. It feels very private. I was skeptical about the outdoor shower at first, but it proved to be awesome! Clean, hot water and excellent pressure! The animals were a perfect addition to our experience! Beautiful horse, brand new baby goat, that we were gratefully able to pet and several coops of the cutest lil chickens! The owner even gifted us with the best eggs from their hens! You can tell immediately how well taken care of and loved this property is. It is very close to The Villages and allll the things, restaurants, stores, matkets, etc.
This hipcamp did not disappoint! We hope to spend time here again in the future!

We had to book last minute and arrived a little late, 7pm but Louise was SO accommodating. Met us upon arrival and got us all set up. Beautiful property!!! This was a quick trip but on our list to stay longer next time. Safe, quiet, private.

Louise and Michelle were wonderful hosts and very responsive to my questions. They greeted me when I arrived then made sure I got parked safely, had everything I needed and was hooked up to WiFi. They were friendly and ready for a chat while still respecting my privacy.
The pavilion and grill right next to my camper was awesome. Great place to finish off the evening.
The property is in a quiet neighborhood and had a horse to watch and Chiktown to walk through. They have bantam chickens and plenty of eggs to share.
I was visiting family and exploring the area. I found it easy to travel to my explorations and return thru my own gate which offered me privacy.
Thanks ladies! I highly recommend this hipcamp and will return next time I'm in the area.

What a great place to spend the night! Louise’s place is secured with a gate, you have a huge patio with a bbq and a picnic table. I got the chance to do some laundry and to have a nice hot shower outside. What makes this place even more perfect is the host. Louise and Michelle are truly attentive and very generous! This place is really magical in the evening with all the lights in the horses’ barn
