You will possibly see cows, bobcats, wild turkeys, wild pigs, armadillos, birds, or the neighbors dogs might show up. Don’t worry, they are quite friendly.
We have a 50 amp RV Hookup with NO septic and plenty of space for primitive camping.
Bring your horse, but there is no paddock or barn.
The storage building on the premises is not part of the rental, please leave it alone.
There is electricity and non-potable water. The water is safe for teeth brushing, washing dishes, and showering, but it does have a very strong smell of sulfur. There is an outhouse. Please use it sparingly & only flush toilet paper provided. There is an outside sink, an outside shower with no privacy, a picnic table and a fire pit. If you come with your RV, please use your RV toilet. There will be a major fine for any septic dumping.
1/3 of the land is cleared and 2/3 is full of mature oak trees and trails. It is fenced with barbed wire fencing.
Please keep your food trash in your cars & take it with you. You do not want to attract predators. You can recycle, or throw away any trash that is not related to food in the garbage can. Keep an eye on your small dogs. There are also snakes and predatory birds.

Our favorite things about our property are privacy, amenities, and all of the roaming mini livestock throughout the property!
Your hosts do not live onsite however, will be available to you during your visit. We are friendly and as non-invasive as we can be. We do love meeting our guests and are available for any questions that come up. Our primary purpose when developing this property was to create a safe space for children with special needs and their families. We are a no judgment zone and adhere to Hipcamp's inclusion policy.

There are two flowing creeks on property. We have walking trails where wild fruit trees can be found and Chicken of the woods and other mushrooms. We really enjoyed our stay at Cypress Inlet Resort! The staff onsite were very friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive. We loved that the privacy fencing gave us our own little campsite and made the space feel comfortable and private.
We loved the location and enjoyed hiking at Circle B Bar Reserve and biking the Panther Trail. We had read other reviews mentioning road noise, but it really wasn’t bad at all. We could hardly hear it over our RV’s AC, and it never bothered us during our stay.
Thank you for a great stay! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

1 night at Rasayana Cove
I had the pleasure of being the only camper there when I went and the privacy was incredible. His 25 acres include a watershed that creates a beautiful creek. All the property surrounding him is cattle pastures so you do not have to worry about running into any human neighbors. The hermitage cabin was perfect. I mostly spent my time wandering the property but when it was time to sleep the cabin provided me a safe place to stay and the box fan worked all through the night to keep me cool despite the hot, humid Florida evening. Dennis was a lovely host and showed me the features of the property upon check in and helped make sure I had a fire started before he went. I would highly recommend staying on Dennis’s land.

Firstly, Matthew gave great directions to get there & how to set up. I told him this was my maiden voyage in my camper van & I greatly appreciated his suggestion of which site would work best for my needs. I wanted a peaceful & quiet place all to myself for a couple days & his property provided just what I was looking for. I would definitely stay again. This site felt safe & As a solo, 60ish female this was important Also, I enjoyed his dock on the lake across the street.

Great place to visit if you are not found of modern life, if you really want to know how to live life with simplicity, you really need to visit this place. Big thanks for Dinesh. It shows how life supposed to be. I am very much found of nature so I really don’t care about facility at all. Where you have nature you don’t need comfort. Just prepare your mind. It was relaxing and peaceful. It was sad to see how the mango trees took a big hit from the freeze in January, but many are resprouting! We"ll be back!
