We own almost an acre of land next to the North Fork of the Big Thompson River in Glen Haven, CO (one of the cutest small towns ever!). Camp right next to the river and feel the peace of the water flowing and the bright stars in the sky. We are located 7 miles from Estes Park and a short 15 minute drive to the east entrances of Rocky Mountain National Park. Crosier Mountain trailhead is right across the street from our land. Walk down and grab the best cinnamon rolls at the Glen Haven General Store. Bring your own tents and sleeping bags for one of the best camping spots in town!

Right by a river, and a road but it was not noisy for us in a camper van. Porta potty on site. General store down the road but does not open until 9am in September so we didn’t get to go. Scenic drive leading up to the site. We had no cell service so prepare ahead of time!

Friendly hosts, nice place but be aware that if you have a vehicle wider than a Class B van you won't be able to access their designated camping area as their secondary gate is too narrow. There's plenty of space to camp outside that area but there's a lot of road noise in that location. Just a minor inconvenience that wouldn't put me off staying there again.

I loved camping on this site with some friends! We had 10 total people and it was the perfect size for our group. Easy to find and only 15 minutes from Lake Estes. The picnic table, trash receptacle, and port a potty made our load light for our one night of camping. Heidi was responsive and detailed, and has a great spot with the river. As far as noise, we only heard a few cars pass by when in our tents that weren’t a real bother, but the sound of the water was peaceful to fall asleep to. Listen to the cinnamon bun advice! We wanted more than 6 buns so we had to order the day before (definitely do!). We enjoyed being right by town to walk to grab any last minute needs. Next time I would love to dine at the bed & breakfast in town for dinner. Overall, Heidi was a superhost for us!

Anthony and Jared are amazing hosts! They make you feel welcome and cared for, are super attentive and readily available if you need anything.
It is so fun to watch the goats, Oreo, Star and Marlberry play and munch.
The main tree offers lots of shade and the sunsets are spectacular, we even saw rainbows the last two times we stayed there!! This hipcamp farm is a little slice of heaven super close to Denver and surrounding areas.

The overall vibe, bubbling creek and proximity to both Rocky Mtn NP and Estes Park were fantastic. We loved our stay and recommend without hesitation for those with campers, as we had. We had no trouble with noise or traffic over a Fri-Mon stay during the very busy July/Aug season. Loved being able to walk to the General Store and the cinnamon rolls are worth the hype.

It's a nice location by the river and it's only one site, so you have it all for yourself. The only downside is that it's next to the road, but there doesn't seem to be any traffic at night, so it's pretty quiet and the creek sounds are great.
There's no restroom option at the campsite, but there's porta potties 300 feet down the road next to the general store. That general store also serves coffee and fresh cinnamon rolls in the morning.

10/10! Chandler is the best host. He had a big plot of land where you can park near other people or head father back and be secluded. He has a communal fire pit that he sets up with wood nightly and even brought our group our own pit as well. There is not much shade, so if you are car/ tent camping, you might want to head to Boulder for the day.

Loved the location and the goats and cows! This was the perfect spot for us to attend some 4th of July concerts in Boulder. The tenant on the property was friendly and helpful and our host Jared was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again but be warned … 1) ask for an address don’t follow the coordinates on Hipcamp or you’ll end up in the neighbors property. 2) The second gate to the camping area is CRAZY tight …just barely enough to squeeze a class c through with mirrors drawn in and not much opportunity to maneuver.
