What a great location! Close to stores and restaurants but at the same time very private and quiet. The Poudre River bike/hike trail is very close and accessible without having to drive to the trail. Kaitlin was very welcoming! I appreciated the use of her fenced in yard for our dog. We would love to have the opportunity to visit this Hipcamp again!
Great little place and a cute farm! I want to live here! Very close to Fort Collins. Walk to nice coffee olace and groceries. Peaceful area with walking trail by the river and a frisbee golf course if that’s your jam. Would stay here again! Some minor things to be aware of: The space is small so only small rigs can fit. I have a 18 ft truck camper and was also able to take it off the truck and park next to it. Power is a regular 15a outlet, so can’t run big AC units without a soft start. Sewer drain is farther than most standard sewer hoses can reach so you either need to connect some together, bring a sewer tote, or just back up to it and dump before you leave.
Kaitlin was a great host and the location is amazing ! Close to everything ; Nature , Food , Drinks , Bike Trails, etc. It was a quant location that was walkable to many things, but still felt secluded. We will be back.

Great location, power and water, nice host, what's not to like?
My buddy and I had a great stay for tent camping! Kaitlin was a super friendly host! Her place has everything you need within a block!: A legit grocery store, a great coffee shop, and a friendly bar! But if you want to venture out, Uber rides to/from downtown Fort Collins are cheap! ($9-$15) And, there is easy access to the mountains!
I will definitely be staying again later this summer!
A great little spot in a great little town close to everything you need! Friendly neighbors (2 & 4 legged), friendly atmosphere and friendly host! Loved hearing all the birds in the morning, and very quiet peaceful nights:) highly recommend!
