We stayed at the Redstone Ridge site on KM's land. The spots are large and private. A perfect spot to get away and relax. The hosts are fabulous. They are very welcoming and share a lot of history about the area. KM offers so many wonderful homemade goods, fresh eggs, jams, cinnamon rolls and much more. We hope to return again soon.

Third time staying here. It’s so peaceful and is just beautiful and serene. KM is an awesome hostess! Pro tip - go for the farm fresh eggs or buy some of her homemade jams and jellies if she has them. Yummy!!!

No obvious sites laid out but once the host guided us where to park we figured it out. No real level ground but the surrounding areas were very peaceful and it was really pretty looking out at the surrounding farms. Both the host were nice when we arrived and pointed out a few areas to use if needed.

We camped with our two pups and loved it! KM is a hospitable and friendly host. The toilet and shower set up is an A+ system. And be sure to try the artisan water. It is delicious! Plus, the views from the sites are awe-inspiring. I highly recommend.

Outstanding site with a wonderful open view of the surrounding land - great access to some local hikes/trails as well. KM is an amazing host and we felt right at home! Easy access for water with the spigot, and the shower/bathroom tents are a huge plus too! We will definitely be back =)

Its a beautiful location and the hosts, Kim and Al are great! We had the area all to ourselves as they had no other guests while we were there. We bought some firewood and chorizo they delivered for us. We were very conscientious regarding the rules as they were certainly reasonable and they seemed very flexible as long as people are responsible and respectful of their home and property.
We filled up some water bottles for the road from the well and the water is delicious.

We enjoyed our stay on KM's land very much! We had a great site with outstanding views. The moon rise was like magic. The eggs, chorizo and peaches were the best ! We will absolutely will stay here again.

Gorgeous open land on a working ranch. KM was a great hostess and everything was exactly what we expected. Easy to get into our spot and thoughtful touches like a water line close to our campsite, plenty of chairs and a table made our stay pleasant. There was also a fire pit and we loved the fresh eggs. We will definitely be back! ps - great 5G reception with AT&T onsite, and I think she even had Wi-Fi guest network that we didn’t use but also was available at our spot (#4). The only caution I have is there is no shade so just bring your own and you’ll have a wonderful time!!!

Gorgeous land and gracious host. We spent the day up at red feather lakes, but the land was beautiful. We wondered around with our dog on the open land and felt like we were the only humans for miles. Weather want great, but it was worth it!
The host met us at its some fresh peaches and was very kind. She was responsive to texts and questions, but other than that, she totally left us alone.

Nice level ground and great tasting water! The horses in the field were friendly. Now you are on a field with no shade or wind protection, so be cautious of the weather! I bought steaks and sadly they were marinated and our food allergies reacted, so that was disappointing.

Very friendly hosts with some great recommendations of local things to do and see. The forks store just 2 miles away makes great coffee. Quiet place to spend a few days. Easy to get in and out with 34 ft 5th wheel.

We greatly miss the quiet! Mountains were everywhere you looked on this beautiful ranch. KM and Al were lovely hosts who took us to our site and guided us through all the comings and goings of a working ranch. Midwestern city folks, we were not well versed in ranching life. KM was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We adapted quickly and eagerly await our return to the Fort Collins area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We came in with a group of 3 RVs and were booked into sites 1,2 &3. As everyone mentions the panoramic views were unbelievable! We were so lucky to watch a massive Thunderstorm over the ridge and to top it all off was the full rainbow to the East.
After camping for many, many years we had the absolute best collection of cutest family pictures and hilarious videos. Karen and Al are the best!

Loved camping here, do yourself a favor and get the homegrown steak add on! We camped late July in the high heat and needed our generators during the day but once evening hit, the breeze came through our camper and it was downright chilly! Perfect way to camp. Our 2 year old fell in love with the land and the horses, will be back forsure! Thanks KM!

We left within 30 mins unfortunately . The heat was too much without shade at 7pm at night . The host was nice when we arrived and we enjoyed our steaks high in the mountains where it was cooler .

Tent Camp On Pristine Ranch Land
My wife, two dogs, and I enjoyed our stay at the ranch! The hosts were super responsive and easy to get a hold of which I very much appreciated. The land had beautiful views and our stay was comfortable and quiet. I also appreciated the option to use their camp shower and toilet!

We really enjoyed tent camping on KM's land. The view was amazing and KM communicated directions and details extremely well. Campers should bring something for shade because there aren't many trees. Other campers were respectful and the horses kept us company when we went to use the toilets.

Host was super responsive, gave us a great welcome and exit gift. We had the place to ourselves almost the whole time (mid-week). Great spot and plenty of fresh water. Will recommend to anyone wanting to get away from Den area

This was a great place. The hosts are super friendly. The location has amazing sunrise and sunset views. Red feather lakes (30 min away) was great too. The sites are spread out nicely. They are exposed (it is a prairie) so bring shade. The well water was outstanding, really glad they provided access to it! There is a toilet, it's a bit primitive (a bigger tent around it would be a plus) Yet completely usable Access to the hot shower was a huge plus,.

Cross Creek ranch is so beautiful! There are Vista sites in all directions. I did not see a campsite that had a bad view!
