Excellent host, nice spot for our trailer, would definitely stay here again.
Such a lovely host and very convenient location to town. It was quiet and peaceful and exactly what I was looking for. I ended up staying two nights rather than one.
Delightful friendly host! Beautiful location garden, horses etc. We enjoyed a campfire with s'mores with Vickie (host) and another camper group. Sites are non-conventional, scattered on the property. We were next to the raised garden - no elec or water which was fine. One night stay.

We had a nice stay at Vicki's place over Labor Day weekend. It was right at the edge of Fort Collins and was a perfect spot to use as our base camp. Vicki guided us in, provided some potable water for the camper and was an outstanding host. Her property is well manicured with beautiful flowers, trees and raised garden areas. The horses are friendly and enjoy some ear scratching!

Vicki was the most gracious and kind host! Loved her property! We felt so comfortable and she was so accommodating, it was pretty warm when we arrived and she even made us root beer floats! I would definitely stay here again, any time we are int eh area!

Absolutely one of the most wonderfully run Hip Camp sites we have been to. Convenient location, easy access in and out. Close to Fort Collins businesses. The hostess is one of the most pleasant people my wife and I have met. We spoke for hours about many things; she is a very wonderful lady.
Vicki was so sweet and accommodating. Great spot to camp for the night while we were in Fort Collins. Thank you Vicki for a great stay. We hope to be back in the fall.

Bring earplugs!
Vicki is lovely. The property is very nice. Lush grass. And I loved the smell of manure from the horses!
But: the tent spots were either right next to the house or on the driveway. And it's right next to a major road so only slept from 2am to 5am when the traffic lessened. I hate to give a poor rating cause Vicki is so nice but the lack of privacy, loudness, and no amenities (ie bathroom) wasnt worth the cost.
Vicki was such a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay at her place very much. With shade and grass and flowers for us to enjoy during the summer heat, we felt welcomed and looked after despite our arrival time being late at night. Being able to use the patio, chairs, and outlet to make coffee in the morning and set up a tent on the cushy grass made our stay comfortable and more spacious with the two of us and our doggo and in our little tiny converted transit connect. Thank you Vicki!

Located close to all amenities that bustling Fort Collins offers, but also a perfect gateway to I25 this is an ideal spot for any weary and farm curious camper!
The property is a haven of sights to delight from awe inspiring foliage to adorable farm animals (chickens, horses, cats and dogs) not to be outdone by a welcoming, warm and extremely hospitable host❣️

We absolutely LOVED camping here on Vicki's land! She was incredibly welcoming and helped us park our camper in just the right spot. The chickens and the horses were so fun to watch and we had a very pleasant stay here. We were thrilled to buy 4 dozen delicious farm fresh eggs and we will definitely be returning to Vicki's land since it is located only 15 minutes from out daughter's house in Windsor.

My son and I had the best time staying at Mrs Vicky’s farm! The property is stunning and kept up to high standards. The host was the sweetest and kindest person. My 5yo and I felt comfortable and safe! Thank you for your generous and amazing hospitality.
Our stay here was the perfect ending to our Colorado adventure. From the moment we arrived, Vicki made us feel completely at home, welcoming us with refreshments and genuine kindness.
Our RV site was perfect, and the entire property felt like stepping into a simpler, more peaceful way of life. My sons absolutely loved spending time with the cats and the dog, and being surrounded by the horses made it feel like a little slice of farm life that we’ll never forget.
One of my favorite parts of our stay was getting to know Vicki. She is such a warm, thoughtful person, and our conversations were truly special. By the time it was time to leave, I honestly didn’t want to go.
This wasn’t just a campground, it was an experience that touched our hearts. Vicki and this beautiful place will always hold a special place in mine. Thank you for giving our family memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to come back.
We had an amazing stay! We stayed for two nights in our pop up in this great property. We loved being close to the horses and chickens. The host, Vicky was so generous and kind. She had s’mores for us on our first night and a root beer float for our son on the last night. We had a great time sitting around the fire pit chatting with other campers and host and the shaded patio tables were an extra plus for eating and games. Definitely plan on coming back!

A wonderful location, a beautiful, quiet secluded garden, with a wonderful host.
We were made extremely welcome.
Wish I could have stayed longer.

I loved camping on Vicki’s land. Her farm is gorgeous, immaculate and she is extremely hospitable. After a long day of bike riding we came back to camp and cooled off in some nice shade with a cool beverage. The conversation was great too. We highly recommend it!

It’s a lovely spot per Vicki’s trees and gardens- just know it is close to busy Rte 14 and you are right by the horse paddock. There is a great communal porch with tables and firepit but none at the individual sites. Access to water is inside horse pasture. If you don’t have your own potty system, there is absolutely nothing available there. Vicki is a generous host eager and available to meet your needs including refrigerator space in a building near porch.

Vicki was incredibly accommodating and nice! Booked it 30 minutes before we got there at 11pm because we needed a place to sleep while moving with our uhaul trailer. She met us at the end of the driveway and showed up where to go. Definitely recommend staying here! We didn't get as much time to enjoy the land and animals as we would have liked but can't say enough about Vicki!

Camping here was great! Our host Vicki was very welcoming, she even went and bought s’more’s ingredients for the kiddos to make around her beautiful fire pit in the evenings! We were very comfortable here for the weekend, and would visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. Vicki is an amazing host, and her ranch is truly beautiful, complete with chickens, horses, and gorgeous landscaping. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, sharing stories, and spending time in Vicki’s wonderful company.
