Beautiful sunrises greet you in the morning, and breathtaking sunsets over the Front Range say goodnight at the end of the day. We are located on 35 acres just east of Denver International Airport. The views of the airport, along with airplanes flying in and out, provide an interesting contrast against the mountain backdrop. The property is farmland, although we practice no-till farming and do our best to minimize our impact on local wildlife. A diverse population of birds calls the property home, with burrowing owls being our favorite. You may also spot the occasional antelope or deer. At night, you'll hear the coyote packs that live in the area. While we've never had any incidents, we still recommend keeping pets indoors at night. Meanwhile, enjoy the stars, as there is very little light pollution and the sky is clear most nights. Mornings and evenings are the most beautiful, but it can get quite hot during the middle of the day since there is no shade at the campsites. Shade tents and umbrellas are recommended, weather and wind permitting. We are located on the eastern plains, where the wind can sometimes become a nuisance. Although windstorms usually don't last more than a few hours, there is often a steady breeze throughout much of the day. Enjoy!

Welcome to our charming 2-acre meadow nestled in East Boulder. Just minutes from town - near bike trails, shops and restaurants. A great pitstop on your way to or from the mountains - or base camp for the adventures in Front Range. We aren't fancy, but we are convenient, cozy and safe. Gate code will be provided 48 hours before arrival. We have spots in the wide open meadow for Tents, Motorhomes, Vans, Trailers, and Rooftop setups. The grounds are a bit sloped but we've got leveling boards (please leave them behind). We've got Boulder's best eggs (help yourself up at the coop), a few walking paths through tall wild grasses, a campfire ring, solar shower, small sink, gas grill, and a lovely porta-jon that’s cleaned weekly. We can handle RVs up to 45 feet - truck and trailer. It’s a big field, but a narrow, winding and steep gravel ramp to get in and out. We have a community fire pit with free burn wood, though the big logs are few and far between; your own firewood is recommended - as well as an ax or saw. If it's windy, please skip the fire... the BFD is very strict about this!! We have well water feeding a solar shower (only hot when the sun shines) and sink (non potable unless you have a filter). We have a wading / dog pool continually refreshed from the creek. It’s a saving grace in the summertime. 8/29/26- creek is all dried up. Well behaved dogs under voice control are welcome off-leash. If you find your dog to be problematic, please keep them on-leash. The chickens free range during the day, so please mind your dog. There is a 3-figure dead or injured chicken fee. THE GOOD: *Easy in and out location close to town *Lots of sun *Outdoor solar shower *Cold creek water plunge pool *Fresh eggs *Good view of small airplanes *Community fire pit *Gas grill THE BAD: *Daytime road noise *Small airport nearby *No Generators - no exceptions *Almost zero shade *Shower only hot when the sun shines *Pool is fed from a creek *Good Morning Rooster Please reach out with any questions you may have. Safe travels! Sincerely, Brooke and Patrick

I live in a safe, quiet area between the city and the mountains (15min either way) with a nice big driveway to park your rig w/electric & WiFi. I loved the nomad life on the road for 2 years before settling here so I know how hard it is to find accessible, affordable, remote work friendly spots in Denver. The backyard is fenced in so if you have dogs that are fine with other dogs, they are welcome to play out there with my pups. Happy to give you recs on the city, hikes, let me know what you need ❤️

The tent platforms were easy to get to and spaced far enough apart for privacy and generally a nice break from setting up a tent on a gravel pad. WiFi was stable throughout my visit and I was able to get some work done before heading home."

"Red Rocks Paradise" is unique and like nothing else to be found in the area. As soon as you park your car a beautiful lit up pathway with solar torches will lead you to the glamping site. The campsite is set back at the very end of a 3 acre property next to a little creek bordering open space. This is one of two unique glamping units set up on private creekside property. Both tents are elevated on a beautiful reclaimed redwood deck and share the same amenities. *Colorado is a high-desert climate — expect lush green in spring and golden/brown tones in summer, especially during drought years. Currently nearly 93% of the state is in moderate to exceptional Drought. Photos on our site represent different seasons. * Your glamping site “Hug a Bear” is romantically lit at night time and artistically decorated. The tent is waterproof and covered by a carport. The artwork (by Sabin, your host) covering the tent was exhibited at the McNichols Civic Center Building Downtown Denver a few years ago. Now it is enveloping your restful night under the starry sky of Colorado. The space offers you a coffee maker, a water kettle, water dispenser, BBQ and electricity. You will enjoy the delightful back side view of the famous Hogback mountain. Just a few steps away from your campsite you will find our bath house with a clean portable toilet, hot shower and hand sink. You also will find a fridge inside, where you can keep your refreshments and your food fresh and cool. It is entirely made from reclaimed materials and it adds glamor and luxury to your glamping experience! To minimize our environmental impact, we use a greywater system. The liquid soap provided is a diluted, biodegradable formula that nourishes our garden as it drains. While it may feel lighter than conventional soap, rest assured it's gentle on both your skin and the environment. We do our best to provide many of the comforts of a home for your "glamping" experience but make sure you are prepared to stay in the great outdoors which includes bugs and it is still camping. If you are afraid of bugs or occasional spiders this might not be for you. We cannot control the changes that both weather and the surrounding environment may cause. Although we provided an extra blanket and the tent has mosquito nets, we encourage bringing bug spray, warm clothes, flash lights, extra drinking water and other items you might need to make your stay pleasant. Please be aware of the weather and plan to dress accordingly. The bed is equipped with a heated mattress bed. Conveniently located just 10 minutes away, Hampden West Laundromat & Dry Cleaners offers brand new machines for all your laundry needs. As a bonus, you can enjoy a delicious tea from the excellent Boba Tea Shop right next door while you wait. We, Sabin & Randy, are artisans who live and work on-site. We're excited to share our vision for this property with you! Our Journey: We acquired this land just a few years ago, and it's a work in progress. While it may appear a bit rustic now, we're continuously upgrading and improving the space. Our goal is to transform it into a beautiful, sustainable retreat—a process that will take time and care. What to Expect: A property in transition: You'll see areas we've improved and others awaiting our attention. Ongoing projects: Witness our property's evolution firsthand. Artisan touch: Experience the unique character we're infusing into the space. Our Commitment to You: Our primary focus is ensuring your comfort and enjoyment. We're always available to assist you and answer any questions. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards realizing our vision for this special place. Join us in embracing the beauty of transformation!
