“Red Rocks Paradise” is unique and unlike anything else you'll find in the area. As soon as you park your car, a beautiful pathway lit with solar torches will lead you toward the guest sites. The sites are set back at the far end of our 3-acre property, next to a small creek bordering open space. Colorado has a high-desert climate, so the landscape changes with the seasons. Expect lush green surroundings in spring and more golden and brown tones later in summer, especially during dry years. Photos on our listing represent different seasons. Just a few steps from the guest sites, you'll find our shared bathhouse with a clean portable toilet, hot shower, hand sink, and shared refrigerator where you can keep food and refreshments cool. The bathhouse is made almost entirely from reclaimed materials, adding a unique touch to your camping or glamping experience. To minimize our environmental impact, we also use a greywater system. We, Sabin & Randy, are artists and artisans who live and work on-site, and we're excited to share this special property with you! Our 3-acre property is both our home and our working creative space. It is an evolving property, and you may pass working, storage, landscaping, or project areas on your way to the guest sites. These areas are separate from the camping and glamping spaces. The guest areas are located toward the back of the property, next to the creek and open space, where we've created peaceful, comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and Hogback views. We're continually landscaping, improving, and transforming the property into the sustainable retreat we envision. Our property isn't a traditional commercial campground. It's a creative, evolving place with its own character, surrounded by nature. If you enjoy unique, artistic places with a story behind them, we think you'll feel right at home here. Our primary focus is your comfort and enjoyment, and we're always happy to help if you need anything during your stay. Nearby convenience: While we don't have laundry facilities on the property, Hampden West Laundromat & Dry Cleaners is conveniently located about 10 minutes away and offers machines for your laundry needs. There's also a Boba Tea shop right next door where you can enjoy a drink while you wait.

The hookup is located behind the tree trunk next to the site, so it may not be immediately visible when you arrive. Just a few steps from your RV/campsite, you will find our shared bathhouse, which is shared with our other guests. It includes a clean portable toilet (not a flush toilet), hot shower, and hand sink. The portable toilet is located inside the bathhouse, as shown in our listing photos. You will also find a shared refrigerator inside the bathhouse, where you can keep your food and refreshments fresh and cool. The bathhouse is made entirely from reclaimed materials, giving it its unique character and adding a little comfort and charm to your camping experience. To minimize our environmental impact, we use a greywater system. *During winter, the bathhouse is closed due to weather and freezing temperatures, which is reflected in our discounted winter pricing.

Photos on our listing represent different seasons. Your glamping site, “Hug a Bear,” is romantically lit at night and artistically decorated. The waterproof canvas tent is protected by a carport, and the artwork covering the tent was created by your host, Sabin, and previously exhibited at Denver's McNichols Civic Center. It now creates a truly unique setting for a restful night under the Colorado sky. Your site includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, water dispenser, BBQ, and electricity. From the back of the site, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the Hogback. Just a few steps away is our bathhouse with a clean portable toilet, hot shower, hand sink, and refrigerator where you can keep food and drinks cool. Built almost entirely from reclaimed materials, the bathhouse adds a little comfort and character to your glamping experience. To minimize our environmental impact, we use a greywater system. We do our best to provide many of the comforts of home, but glamping is still an outdoor experience. You may encounter insects, spiders, changing temperatures, wind, rain, and other elements of nature. The tent has mosquito netting, and the bed is equipped with a heated mattress pad and space heater for cooler nights. We recommend checking the weather before your stay and bringing appropriate clothing, bug spray, a flashlight, extra drinking water, and anything else that will help make your stay comfortable.

The tent and the bath house were both amazing! The view was also mesmerizing and Sabin was great with communication. If traveling further distances without a cooler, like us, the food situation is not ideal due to limited fridge space and not being able to have food in the tent—but that’s on us! The tent also got quite warm during the hot summer days but was fantastic during the cooler nights (and I imagine great during cooler spring and fall days). We would definitely recommend for a night for a RedRocks show or with more planning.

We loved the site. Plenty of room and the electric hook up and shower were a bonus. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is a perfect location if you are attending a concert at Red Rocks. We absolutely will return to this Hipcamp site!

Did the job for one night's sleep. Very convenient to town and Red Rocks. Not quite what I expected from the pictures. It's kinda of situated on a farm meets odd lot of random car parts etc. Felt safe and we had a hook up but not anywhere I felt like hanging out

Great location close to Red Rocks. Our pet was able to use the ajoining property to walk and explore. Property is actually more like a repository of abandoned vehicles and salvage yard. All which only add to the charm and artistic commune experience. Sabin and Randy are exceptionally friendly and awsome hosts. We would definitely stay again!

The hosts were awesome. Sabin and Randy were available for anything. Randy even fixed my pop-up when the wind damaged it. The bath house was outstanding, my wife still hasn’t stopped talking about it. Very close to Red Rocks. Randy has lived here most of his life so has a lot of tips for first-timers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This land is magical and in a picture perfect location. If you’re going to enjoy Red Rocks Amphitheatre and don’t want the commute - this is your place! We took our E-bikes up to the show and back - it was perfect! Just be aware when riding back at night The bathroom is crafted nicely with unique art and fixtures - Having the shower amenity was extremely helpful in the summer time .There is a fridge with designated spots to hold a few items. The bathroom is a clean outhouse. They even provide a few things like tampons, sunscreen, and bug spray in case you forgot. For camping - some notes for future campers - Make sure to bring your own water and bucket to do dishes after you cook Both campsites are exposed to the sun (no shade) so I would definitely bring a pop up Wind gets pretty bad so make sure to secure everything before leaving camp We absolutely loved and enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back to visit! Thank you so much Sabina and Randy!

Sabin was so accommodating — we arrived late due to being delayed on a hike & they left the string lights on for us so we could see our way through. The place was very comfortable & so beautifully & thoughtfully designed. Would definitely recommend!
