Positioned between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe at the junction of interstates 5 and 80, Sacramento is within a couple hours’ drive of some of California’s top outdoor attractions, making it an ideal RV destination. Surrounding highlights include boating and swimming at Lake Berryessa in Wine Country, rafting or tubing on the American River, biking and fishing at Folsom Lake, and hiking the Alpine trails of Eldorado National Forest in the Sierra Nevada.
