This was the best Hipcamp we’ve ever gone to. The site itself was beautiful and had all the amenities we could have wanted. They were so thoughtful in how they’ve designed and maintained the site. Rhonda and Frank were some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. They were so kind and welcoming - frank even checked on us when it was raining hard at 3a to see if we wanted to use their trailer to stay dry. We will definitely be coming back to their Hipcamp with our family in the future!

We had the most awesome time camping here. The hospitality is above and beyond anywhere, Frank helped us park and setup our girl camper trailers and even put on our new license plate for us. Ronda brought us home made soup and we had everything we needed. Full hookups, spacious bathroom with full sized shower and even a heater for the chilly night. The views from their property is outstanding . We had rainbows too! This is private and serene but very easy to make a quick drive to Lincoln or to Hwy 80 and Sierra College for shopping and dining. We can't wait to come back!

We loved the 7 acre farm. Hosts are wonderful and even helped us park and hook up our trailer. They have a lovely bathroom with a shower. Grounds are gorgeous with tons of green grass and shade trees. Views of the Sutter Buttes. Awesome place with kind people.

Ronda is a great host. She is supportive in any case. It is perfect for kids, because there are lots of toys to play with. Even she offered the kids to use the privat pool. The view from her ground is spectacular. It was wonderful to watch the sunset over the valley.

Such a beautiful location and such welcoming hosts. They have a private but central spot for your RV/tent with an indoor bathroom/shower right there, picnic tables, campfire pit, etc...all the camping amenities you could need and overlooking the valley and sunsets! We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Ronda and Frank were absolutely delightful. My granddaughter had a fabulous time playing with their daughter, who so kindly shared her playhouse and toys.

Ronda and Frank were super friendly and accommodating. The place was great! Our kids had a blast playing with their dogs and jumping on the trampoline. They also have the cleanest bathroom we have ever seen at a campsite. The sunset views were especially nice. Would definitely book again!

We loved staying at Frank and Ronda's! The view is outstanding, the green grass and shade trees just added to the comfort we enjoyed! Frank and Ronda are very welcoming, we felt like we were staying with old friends! There is a full, clean, bathroom, fire pit and picnic table too!!! We will be booking again :)

Ronda, Frank, and their daughter are wonderful people. It was truly a blessing to find a spot where we could have a safe campfire (nicely irrigated property), and so the fact that the hosts are now basically new friends of ours was totally icing on the cake. Only about 5 minutes from Lincoln, it was also really convenient so that we could take the 3-year-old home at night. The hosts were wonderful about letting our kids play with their daughter in the playhouse, and even took them on tractor rides. I am planning to bring my Girl Scout troop here next time!

We really loved staying at 7 Acre Farm! Frank and Ronda are delightful. The campsite has many amenities as everyone has said. The bonus of a complete bathroom with shower and toilet was a treat. While it was very smoky the views are incredible. We loved the fresh eggs and veggies/fruit. But the real bonus is Ronda and Frank. Their property feels like the comfort of being with family. You feel like you have just been invited into their family, and will be welcomed back with open arms. Definitely staying again!

Wow! What a wonderful experience we had staying at 7 Acre Farms. Not only was the property beautiful, the hosts, Rhonda and Frank, were very kind and considerate. They made us feel right at home away from home. Rhonda even brought us some homemade preserves. Yummy. The weather was HOT around 100 degree days, so we did spend a lot time inside our camper. Was great that there was full hookups so we were able to run our AC. The mornings were lovely and so peaceful just being able to sit out on the grassy area and just relax after a hike in the hills on their property. The sunsets were amazing! Thank you Rhonda and Frank so being such great hosts and for sharing your property with us as Hipcampers.

What a great place! We parked our VW pop top in the tent spot. Very spacious and next to the plum orchard. Lovely and green. We had our daughter’s lab with us and he enjoyed free range roving as the resident digs were otherwise occupied. The dog really enjoyed chasing those little lizards around the rockery.
Our host were the most gracious and surprised us with a thank you gift as well as shared some of their dinner. This was our first Hip Camp experience and the bar has been raised quite high. I hope we will be in this area again as I would most definitely stay and I highly recommend this camp!

THE HOSTS
Ronda and Frank are probably the nicest, kindest people I've ever met anywhere. They would give you the shirt off their backs. They made us feel like genuine guests at their home, not like paying customers. They checked on us regularly, offered so many things to do both on their property and in the area. So gracious. So kind.
THE SITE
We have a pretty big rig (40ft 5th wheel pulled by a long bed dually) and it was easy to navigate here and we fit well. We did need extra blocks as someone mentioned before, but that's an easy fix for a great spot.
Water pressure was great, sewer and electric worked great. The spot is grassy and the road coming in is gravel. There is a large circle drive area near the spot, which made backing in and getting out a lot easier than most places. Amazing sunset, far enough from the house to feel privacy, too. You'll find a free-standing restroom if you need it, garbage and recycle containers, a picnic table and a fire pit.
THE EXTRAS
Ronda and Frank were so amazing to us, letting us pick plums from the trees...bringing us some jellies...letting us follow them out to their daughter's house who has a mini animal farm. We were there over Father's Day and Ronda cooked us hot dogs and macaroni salad, and she put out a 100 ft slip and slide for our boys. Frank took our youngest out on the ATV (they have a dirt track on property) ... and our boys played in the pool with their grand daughter. I can't guarantee all these amenities....I'm sure it depends on the weather, Ronda and Frank's schedule, etc....but I do know they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special.
We will be back. 100% we will be back to this HipCamp. It's a real gem, for sure!

Camping was successful. The place was private and cozy. Linda didn't lose her kindness throughout the camping and we were able to get along comfortably. The shower and bathroom were kept clean and the fresh fruits and vegetables provided by rinda were good.

The view of the valley is fantastic, the surroundings are green with a very cool orchard for tent campsite, very quiet and peaceful. Clean bathroom and shower. The hospitality is extremely warm and friendly and most importantly genuine. What a great experience and we plan on returning.

Ronda and her family was very welcoming. They made sure we felt at home. The property was amazing and the view was breathtaking. We got some fresh vegetables and eggs from them. Its was super clean and welcoming. If we are ever down in area we would definitely stay again

Before we get into our glowing review, we would like to address the review that claimed a group of campers antagonized a family in their camper and that Ronda made them feel unwelcome. We were the group camping next to them, and we are absolutely stunned and in disbelief by their review. We were up late talking around the campfire, and were never once approached about being too loud. In fact, they told us and Ronda that they couldn’t hear us. We knocked on their door once in the morning after we said good morning and saw them walking around the property because they were hooked up to the water source. It was 100+ degrees, and we needed to refill our water before heading out for the day. My advice to campers staying here is if anything is making you uncomfortable, to let Ronda know and she will immediately take care of it. She was so kind and wants her guests to enjoy their stay and would never want guests to feel unwelcome.
Our stay was absolutely beyond our expectations, and we can’t say enough about the Butman’s hospitality. Ronda and her family are extremely nice, caring and helpful. They gave us many recommendations of things to do in the area, and also brought us fresh eggs and veggies from their garden, which made for an amazing camping breakfast. There was a fire pit and a grill available at the campsite, and wood was chopped for us to use at night.
We also came with our dog, Buddy. While we were setting up our camp, he got lost, and Ronda’s entire family didn't hesitate to help us look for him. They even watched Buddy when we left to hang around town in the evening.
The next day we visited Ronda’s daughter to check out her farm. We got to feed a tortoise and goats, see the chickens that provided our eggs, and many other animals. They also had 9 puppies they allowed us to play with, which was my favorite part.
Over the course of the entire trip I was thinking “what an outstanding life these people living - so much kindness, such a strong sense of the community and warmth - what a beautiful place and beautiful people.”
We felt like we became a part of that too, even just for a night. We can’t wait to be back!

Great place and hosts, but we were stuck next to partyers banging on our RV walls and doors all night.
I have 2 Airbnbs near each other and tell folks quiet hours are between 10am-7am, and
Building a fence between the picnic table and tent site would help a little, but would not have prevented drunken campers from antagonizing a family of 4 and 2 year old boys. Reached out to the hosts via email and now feel unwelcome due to my heritage. I hope they implement quiet hours so the other paying renters can sleep after driving 8 hours all day.
Way to harass a young family of four and try to keep us out of "your" area, I hope you feel proud of yourselves.

Ronda and Frank are incredible hosts with a spectacular property. Going to a private camp space like 7 Acre Farm using HipCamp was so fantastic for us and something we highly recommend. We were camping in a private and beautiful environment. The hilltop sunset was GEORGEOUS!!
It was our first trip out with out Lil Lu RV and Ronda and Frank were so kind and helpful with us …. giving us tips and helping us navigate.
We shared some farm food and canned goods (something Ronda and I both enjoy). I highly recommend buying any of her canned goods, vegetables, and eggs.
Staying at 7 Acre Farm is such a unique and amazing experience. Kind people, comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing. We feel like we met life time new friends and look forward to more trips back!!

Ronda and Frank were great hosts. They had full hookups so we had no issues at all and there was a clean and spacious restroom right next to the campsite.
They were also super friendly and let us use their play structure and also gave us some veggies from their veggie garden.
