We arrived Dec 26 the day after the big storm with a little residual rain. Wasn’t too muddy to park and after another night of rain we were able to drive fine (also land is level). Dino was a great host- friendly, gave a tour of the trailers and told me local places to get food. You can walk to Locke and Walnut Grove (enough room at the side of highway to walk comfortably along the road with a dog without fear of oncoming traffic. There’s also a nearby park along the water to walk through. Would definitely go to again. Thanks Dino!

This place was great! Dino was very helpful. The place was beautiful. Easy walk next door to historic Locke. If you want a quiet chill time near the Delta, this is your spot!

Dino’s place was great! The property was cool, spacious, and peaceful. There were miles of hiking trails right out the back of the property, and a little boat ramp about a 3-5 minute walk that we would have used for paddling if the weather was better. The town of Locke is a very short walk and was an amazing bit of little-known history, also had some cool shops. There are a couple restaurants a short walk or drive away. Dino was very hospitable and we loved our stay! We’ll be back for sure. Oh, and I should add our dogs enjoyed exploring the area too :)

Dino was an A1 host!!! Walking distance to the metropolis of Locke and Walnut Grove. Before leaving you must take a tour of the resort to appreciate the stay!!!

Dino was great! Love the small town next to the place and love the vision for the place. Great access to the river, hiking and paddle boarding.

Nice time on The Delta! Great meadow setup with a nice view of the night sky. Dino is an awesome host and is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great restaurant literally 3 min or less walking in funky town of Locke.

Great spot near miles and miles of paddle boarding. Dino is a wonderful host, met us as we rolled in and showed us the property which is unique and gave us a walking tour of the town. Even shared tasty figs from the property. Be sure to ask for a tour of the many vintage trailers he is restoring. I would recommend they put up some signage for where to camp, not an issue for us as there was a huge lawn and shade trees and Dino met us as we arrived but if he wasn't there it could be confusing.

Beautiful area. We used Instant Book day of for a night's rest. Host was responsive via confirmation text, but when we arrived we found the RV spots to be less than obvious and when we slowly circled around the property we were met by a woman whom lived there, but said the host was not on property and she had no idea where the site we had paid for was, but she thought the situation was hilarious and said we could park anywhere we could see. So we did and stayed in the van and left early. We never saw another person, but there were no signs or indications of anything listed on the ad. So, experience was fine? but it felt like we were squatting in some sense. The area is pretty and rustic, it's undeveloped, and I'm sure with some direction, it could be great. He was very nice.

Dino was a wonderful host. We pulled in late and he guided us to our spot and provided a map of the area. When we woke up we took the paddle board into the slough and it was perfect! Dino also showed us his plans for the property and this is one to watch for the future. We can’t wait to see what kind of glamping he will offer in the future with all of his vintage trailers. If you come, make sure to walk through the town of Locke. It’s a historical gem! The food at Al the Wop is great too!

Dino’s property was absolutely beautiful and truly one-of-a-kind. It’s within walking distance to fantastic fishing spots, scenic trails, and the historic town of Locke—which is full of charm and fascinating history.
Dino personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour after we got settled in, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The property itself is peaceful and offers plenty of shade, making it perfect for relaxing outdoors.
We had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to come back! Thanks again, Dino, for your hospitality and for sharing such a special place with us.

This is such a cool secret spot! Dino was awesome! He met us as we arrived, let us get settled and then gave us a quick walking tour of Locke, which has such an interesting and colorful history, we had no idea! Thanks Dino as we 100% would have missed that if not for you! There’s a great bar nearby, plus a couple restaurants if you don’t want to cook. There are some great paths for walking your dog (and lots of little bunnies hopping around) and you can be at the water’s edge of the Delta within minutes. You gotta check out Dino’s vintage campers, soooo cool. Close to Sacramento but feels so far away! Highly recommend.
