Beautiful private spot overlooking a river. Cindy has really done a great job with setup and decor. Everything is super functional and well thought out. The sleeping area is extremely comfortable with solar powered lights and fans everywhere. Bug nets surround you and if you want total protection from the outside there are canvas covers for all sides that zip up. Bathroom is clean and easy to use, shower is cute and had hot water during the day when we rinsed off from swimming. Cook area is great with stove, sink and bbq. I will note that wasps do show up when you cook meat and they do have wasp traps all around to deter them but that’s part of being in nature. We took our food inside the pergola and had no issues once inside the netting.
The river is great, we swam in there swimming spot and fished as well. We caught some baby bass and a small catfish while there. We adventured up river and it was truly beautiful. At night we laid out a blanket on the beach and stared at the amazing night sky. We saw so many shooting stars, was truly amazing. Cindy also had a propane fire pit available for night time fun too. Night lights at camp were functional and beautiful as well.
All in all this trip was amazing. Cindy was amazing. She met us at the gate and walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. She was in communication with us our entire stay and responded quickly. I recommend glitter cove 100%. Thanks Cindy!

We thoroughly enjoyed camping at the riverbank site. It was a delightful experience to use the canoe. Exel, a friendly and attentive host, ensured our comfort during our stay. While the potable water is a bit of a walk (about 5 minutes), the restroom is conveniently located just two minutes away. As long as you’re comfortable with this slight inconvenience, this is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in a beautiful natural setting.

What a magical place! I can confidently say that this was the BEST "glamping" experience ever! Our two daughters (ages 8 and 11), our two dogs, and my husband and I had a wonderful time. Cindy keeps the place immaculate and fully stocked with everything you need and more! The living spaces were comfortable and cozy. The setting couldn't have been better. We caught loads of fish and had complete privacy. Best hidden gem ever!

My husband and I along with our two teenage kids just spent the weekend at Glitter Cove. Cindy, the host was a great communicator throughout the process. Booking, directions to get there plus check-in was a completely smooth process. Cindy was there to meet us on arrival to give us a walk through and answer any questions. Then she left us to ourselves -so total privacy. The place was really clean and had everything we needed. The pergola and setting were beautiful. Lots of space for outdoor games and a great outdoor cook and dining space with a comfy sleeping set up. Outdoor composting toilet and shower worked great. It was very hot (we were there late August) but the swim holes in the creek and the solar powered fans in the pergola really helped. All in all a great stay and we will definitely go back again.

The site was just as pictured. Beautiful and unique. The host was very attentive and helpful. Our kids had a wonderful time “mining” for gold and swimming with the little fish in the river. We would love to come back.

This beautiful land on Fresno Creek is very appropriately named. The sand sparkles with gold and the river is so clear you can see clearly to the bottom. Very private and host is very accommodating. My family appreciates the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place. I highly recommend for parents or grandparents of Young teens that need to unplug from social media and connect with god and nature.

Glitter Cove is a true “Glamping” experience. Cindy has really thought of everything needed for a relaxing and extra comfortable retreat away from the crowds. It was hot but there is shade and water to swim in and after a long day at the beach you can have a nice shower and kick back on a couch or in a cozy bed!

2 nights at Glitter Cove Retreat
What a special place this is! I had a lovely, peaceful stay with my dogs. It was private, quiet and Cindy did a wonderful job at communication and directions. She made sure we were set with all we needed right when we arrived. I enjoyed spending time down at the shady dragonfly beach since it was a hotter day. It was such a treat to hear the flowing water right from camp. My dogs loved the freedom of playing and exploring around the area.

There is so much to say about this site, however I doubt I'll be able to think of it all into words. For starters, the host Cindy and her husband are so welcoming, kind, and quick with communication which made it so easy to settle in. They have a very well maintained and beautiful dirt road leading to the camp site, but do go slow. The views from the pergola were absolutely STUNNING, we couldn't help but unwind out surrounded by nature enjoying the birds singing and the gentle sounds from the river. The pergola itself was absolutely gorgeous, they truly thought of everything to make this the most amazing retreat from busy day to day life! This wasn't just an amazing get away for the adults either, the kids had an absolute BLAST playing in the river, gold panning, exploring and more. I do suggest bringing water shoes if you're planning on going up the river as there are sharp rocks and definitely don't forget sunscreen! This truly couldn't have been a better getaway for us all, we are definitely coming back and I'll be recommending it to anyone who will listen!

This was the perfect getaway. We were two couples with 5 kids under the age of 8. We did have a tent as well but it was so much more than we ever expected. Cindy is really great at communicating in a timely manner and keeps the place fully stocked of all the essentials. We door dashed ice one day too, no issues. The boys fished and caught tadpoles. You’re just steps from the river. Her place is super clean and off grid. Can’t wait to come back!!

Honestly everybody was great. Sites were clean and private. Bring lots of ice. They have a small convenience store and are continuing improvements on the property. A hidden gem!! Highly recommend and my dog was able to be free and enjoy himself. Loved it

This place is one of those places i just want to keep secret lol, but in good conscience i have to tell you how amazing it is ! Glitter cove is magic...
If you are a party hearty crowd this is not for you. It is secluded, and quiet. Lie in the creek, float down, read a book on the bank, hike around.... beautiful scenery, gorgeous. Cindy is a gem, she is friendly and helpful but completely unobtrusive. I cannot recommend this place enough !
