Mountain View
Fantastic spot. The wood chips work great, the site is level, the views are amazing, and it's quiet. Chelsea is very communicative -- a couple of landmarks have changed, so you'll want to pay close attention to the instructions she provides. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, serene spot
We had a wonderful stay at Camp SourBerry.
The single campsite was private and quiet, very relaxing. Chelsea gave detailed directions—including a really helpful video—and while the property is large and secluded, it’s also close to town—the best of all worlds. We enjoyed walking around and taking in the views, and I loved meeting the sheep, dogs, and turkeys. (We also saw wild geese.) The animals are over the hill from the campsite, out of sight, and we went only on invitation—it’s easy to keep to yourself if you prefer.
The wood chips in the pull through area were great for our camper van—made it easy to park, and minimized dust and mess. Very thoughtful layout.
All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place to spend the night. We had a wonderful evening and a leisurely, peaceful morning. A beautiful spot, and such a great break from the city—we didn’t want to leave!
Thank you so much—we’ll be back!

Such a good spot we stayed here two nights on our trip up to Yosemite! Chelsea was very helpful and gave us detailed directions on finding the place. We were even lucky enough to be greeted by a six point buck!

Beautiful secluded stay.
Beautiful private site! As advertised. It was easy to find and no problem pulling in. The site has wood chips, so mud would be minimal, if any, if it rained. I was so happy to wake up to that view!

Camp SourBerry (near Yosemite)
Our family stayed for one night while traveling from out of state with our 2-year-old daughter. We selected this location because it was a pull-through site in a convenient location along our route and we were looking for something more secluded than larger campground options. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a large pile of wood chips blocking the path so the site was not pull-through - not a major problem but having to coordinate backing in on a slope just as it was starting to rain after a long day of traveling was not ideal. Regarding privacy, the site is right next to a gate with a security camera that rotates (and seems to track as you walk by) so, while we were not physically next to any other people, we did not feel very secluded. Overall, a nice setting that met our needs for one night but would not stay again.
